I was able to get an appointment scheduled online for the very next day regarding a coolant leak. I had my car towed to the dealership to be fixed and Victor called me promptly when my car arrived to let me very next day regarding a coolant leak. He projected Monday for my car to be ready for pickup (it was Saturday). I of course would have liked my car back the same day, but I understood the situation and told Victor that was fine. He called back less than 4 hours later to let me know that they were able to complete the repair on my car. I was ecstatic! He told me I could pick my car up by 6pm when they closed. I told him unfortunately I worked until 6 and I wouldn’t have time to pick it up before they closed. He offered to give my keys to the sales team since they were open until 9pm and this made it possible for me to get my car that day. Thank you Victor and BMW of Henderson for making this repair on my car easy. I’ll be coming here in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ More

The service department at BMW Henderson was amazing. Our X5 experienced engine trouble one hour outside of Las Vegas. It was on a Friday evening. We were scheduled to be in Las Vegas until just Sunda Our X5 experienced engine trouble one hour outside of Las Vegas. It was on a Friday evening. We were scheduled to be in Las Vegas until just Sunday. One dealership told us on a phone call they would "try to work us in" for a repair on Saturday. BMW Henderson in contrast scheduled an appointment for early Saturday morning. They told us they would be open until 7:00 on Friday, but that if the tow truck arrived after that we would leave the keys in a drop box. We arrived just before 7:00. Victor Amezcua in the service department met with us and explained they would start the repairs early Saturday and do everything possible to repair the car by closing on Saturday. The courtesy shuttle had just finished its rounds for the day, but a very helpful employee in the service department named Julia volunteered to give us a ride to our hotel, after normal business hours. She clearly went out of her way on a Friday evening to help us. As promised, Victor and the others in the service department did everything possible and completed the repairs by Saturday afternoon, allowing us to leave as scheduled on Sunday. I have never experienced this type of elevated service before with numerous other car dealerships over the years, and we were not even local customers. Victor, Julia, and others in the service department went out of their way to assist and accommodate us, helping us out of a huge jam. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Thanks!! More

While the Service Manager, Stacy, is very nice, she is still hindered by the people who actually do the inspection and work. I have a concern that I will be contacting BMW Customer Service about.
