Everyone at Henderson BMW are very professional and very kind people. Ian the service writer always greets me when I get there and always knowledgeable. Get what needs to be done and speedy. My car was in the shop for two weeks. The warranty company had to be notified to allow the repairs to be made. When I bought the warranty from another BMW dealer it was $5,000 and I was told it would cover virtually everything except maintenance items. The first bill they gave me was $7700! It took them two trips into the shop to get the dealer to get it squared away, Once I got the car back I noticed they didn't even bother to wash it? Unfortunately I have driven BMWś for years and still have two today. The service from BMW of Henderson is always a nightmare! The cars are great, the service is not! More
