Took my X5 in for an oil change. Victor was excellent but I really hate the way the dealer nickels and dimes me. Wanted $40 to reset my notifications on the display. My BMW didn't pass smog test so I took it to the dealership to clear a code. They kept my car for 5 days. I was told there was no rental car available. ( It was a huge hassle to get rides to work dealership to clear a code. They kept my car for 5 days. I was told there was no rental car available. ( It was a huge hassle to get rides to work for those days, but I understand things are different after pandemic.) After I paid for service, I was told that I could have had my smog done there! Why didn't anyone suggest that before I picked up my car? Other than those two issues, the service provided was great. More
