BMW of Henderson - Service Center

I was quoted over $3800 for replacement/ repair of center control operating unit- eco drive switch that malfunctioned due to liquid damage. I researched and found new replacement at eBay new $512 and used fo control operating unit- eco drive switch that malfunctioned due to liquid damage. I researched and found new replacement at eBay new $512 and used for $94. I purchased the used one and took me less than 30 seconds to replace. A rear climate control rear knob cap fell off. Quoted me over $1000 for replacement, cost $16 on eBay. I’m not sure if it was incompetence on diagnostics or just plain overpricing. I m sure the latter. More
