Typically I am happy with my service experience. The service adviser on my recent visit was not at all clear about fees. Took my car in for routine oil change and wanted an appraisal for selling. I was told it would all be done in one day. It was not. I was then told the appraisal would be done next morning. The appraisal still wasnt done. Then when I took my car it wasnt driving right, There was no acceleration. I took it back immediately and they found the mechanic has left a pipe disconnected. More
