I have been using BMW of Henderson for any BMW service/repair needs for years. Their service technicians and foreman never give up on solving difficult issues even on older vehicles. Appointment scheduled quickly, drop off easy, was notified of work being done (and needed), kept up to date and was told when car was ready. Very easy process. Staff pleasant and courteous. I was able to book a Wednesday morning service appointment on a Tuesday afternoon that worked great with my schedule. My Service Advisor, Jimmy, was awsome and he kept me updated on my vehicle thr appointment on a Tuesday afternoon that worked great with my schedule. My Service Advisor, Jimmy, was awsome and he kept me updated on my vehicle throughout Wednesday morning. Best of all I arrived at 8:30 and my car was repaired (and washed) by 11:30.
