Our 328i went in for some recall work. I felt informed from start to finish about the entire process. I was also informed about some neede maintainence and repair work that needed to be do I felt informed from start to finish about the entire process. Based on my experience I feel that they would treat people with the same respect and courtesy as they did me and I would completely reccomend them whole heartedly. More
