The dealership personnel are always professional. I was greeted by a staff member upon arrival. I had no waiting. My advisor told me what to expect including wait time. My car was cleaned up and vacuumed out when I picked it up. One last mention, my advisor, Albert took care of me by explaining in detail what was going to take place with my vehicle.
