Kyle is the most honest Service Rep I have dealt with, ever. And that is saying a lot. Kyle had bad news to deliver me first about the extent of the repair then the bad news of the warranty not covering i ever. And that is saying a lot. The dealership personnel are always professional. I was greeted by a staff member upon arrival. I had no waiting. My advisor told me what to expect including wait time. I was driven home and returned I was greeted by a staff member upon arrival. I had no waiting. My advisor told me what to expect including wait time. I was driven home and returned to the dealership courtesy of BMW Henderson. I received a video of my vehicle’s engine, underside tires struts, everything from the tech. My car was cleaned up and vacuumed out when I picked it up. One last mention, my advisor, Albert took care of me by explaining in detail what was going to take place with my vehicle.
