Front driver side tire went bad due to hitting a curb at a slow speed. I called BMW of Henderson for service date and was told to bring the car into the shop. BMW does not like its customers riding on bad a slow speed. I called BMW of Henderson for service date and was told to bring the car into the shop. Kyle is the most honest Service Rep I have dealt with, ever. And that is saying a lot. Kyle had bad news to deliver me first about the extent of the repair then the bad news of the warranty not covering i ever. And that is saying a lot.
