The routine service was very fast at just over a hour. Used to waiting 3-4 hours in Beverly Hills. Courteous and helpful advisor. Highly appreciate this dealership. More

I had a very small problem and was able to make the appointment the next day. When I took my car in at the time of appointment, I had to wait a couple hours to see the advisor, then he told me, he will try his best to get it fix the same day, but more likely the next day because they were behind. I was not very happy but nothing I can do. I called that afternoon , they said no information available. The next I call three times, the answer still no information available. The third day I got a video message said that my car was checked and no issue found. I called again to see if I can get my car back, they said not yet. I kept calling and get no response until afternoon I got a message said that my car is ready. I said can you send a someone to pick me up, he then said no. For this small problem, I had to rent a car for three days and asked someone to take me to the dealer to pick up the car. When I make appointment, I expect to get the car back at a reasonable time frame depends on the problems , but not for “we are behind”. If you are behind, don’t make appointments available.
