I drove my car into your dealership, drove home (100 miles), and it hasn't been the same since. Henderson BMW damaged my car, and at first said they would tow it from my home of record to their dealership, which made no sense. Then it became, I needed to have it towed to their dealership and they would reimburse me as though I would trust them to reimburse me. Due to the fickle and passive aggressive GM I spoke with, I didn’t trust him at his word about reimbursement. The service tech went under my hood and hit something damaging other components. On the drive home, my car rode horribly all the way home. I let the service tech know how my car was running, but he really wasn’t in a position to do the right thing. He was going to give me a loaner, but I didn’t have time to reschedule appointments with students. They needed me, and I wasn’t going to cancel on them in the ninth hour affecting their learning experience due to the carelessness of Henderson BMW. The most logical resolution would have been to exercise common sense. We could have located a certified BMW tech in my area, have them take a look, make the repair. But, the GM didn’t feel I was deserving of such a seamless resolution. I am disabled, diabetic, and now stranded. I am not sure if I am more hurt or more disappointed in how this GM and service tech has treated me, but I am 66 years young and have dealt with such behaviors throughout my life. My 2014 328i was treated as a newborn baby, in mint condition, with less than 80k miles, which are mostly highway mileage. No one touched my car without BMW certification and never will. Again, a message was left on my voicemail stating BMW would arrange towing. Then I am told I am responsible for a 100 mile tow, and they will reimburse me. This GM actually expected me to trust him. If only he would close his eyes, he would have done the right thing. Customer Service 101 exists for a reason. Once again, I am not sure if I am more hurt, or more disappointed in the treatment from this GM and dealership. I am done with BMW. I really didn’t need a new car, but considering it, but it will most definitely NOT be a BMW. More

A particular standout is Gregory Mercer. He has been my service advisor for several years. I consistently praise his professionalism, courteous nature, good communication practices during repairs, and deep knowledge about BMWs. More
