Henderson BMW gave me an excellent deal on a new 3 series. The car was for my daughter as a gift and they were aware of it. Took my car to this service department & delt directly with the Service Manager and shop foreman. They resolved the problem my car was having and did the job fast. Taking it to a Dealership you would expe with the Service Manager and shop foreman. They resolved the problem my car was having and did the job fast. I really enjoyed my experience with the service department when I took it in for my used X5 that I had just purchased. Bad service and sales, put down a deposit and then decline the deal we talked about even when it was on paper! Desert BMW of Henderson has turned out to be UNETHICAL AND GREEDY. I have 3 BMW's purchased from Desert BMW of Henderson. I also have a lease that I wanted to purchase at the end of its term. The dealer AND GREEDY. I have 3 BMW's purchased from Desert BMW of Henderson. I also have a lease that I wanted to purchase at the end of its term. The dealership raised residual once they found out that my car was under the milage allowable and would not work out a fair deal. The original price of my 2006 750LI was 86K, but after a 3 year lease, that totaled 55K they wanted to charge me another 55K making the vehicle cost over $110,0000. Why would anyone pay $110,000 for a 3 year old vehicle when the original sticker price was $86,000? They have lost a loyal BMW customer to Audi. I would not recomend purchasing from an unethical dealer such as Desert BMW of Henderson, because they treat their clients not as intelligent consumers, but only feed on their own greed. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. More

I leased a BMW 3 series today with Irene and what a difference! I absolutely dread the thought of looking at cars with my 3 children and today was a breeze. Took my 03' 325i to get the windows tinted, since they added that to the price of the car when the windows weren't tinted. Picked the car up late that night, and found that the back window and left back w added that to the price of the car when the windows weren't tinted. Picked the car up late that night, and found that the back window and left back window had creases and bubbles in the tint. Also found a pretty bad scratch on the driver's door. Took it in the next day to have it fixed. Had to go to another tinting company and explain it to them. Took a week to get an appointment. Scratch was taken out and side tint replaced, but still not satisfied with the way my car was handled. More
