Severe lack of customer service and poor attitude! Found a car online and submitted request for info. Internet manager replied quickly, however once we started "dealing", it was near impossible to get Found a car online and submitted request for info. Internet manager replied quickly, however once we started "dealing", it was near impossible to get a response and when I did, it was handed over to the "new car sales manager", who sends the initial numbers-which are ridiculous and who ever pays the first number thrown at them from a car dealer?????? Since I was not getting a reply from the internet manager, I decided to drive clear across town (wasting my time) to the dealership to get things figured out so the car was not sold in the meantime. Amazingly, I get a response when I am 5 minutes away from the dealership from the new car sales manager. Then I am greeted by yet another sales person ans she tells me while test-driving that the sales manager is "doing crazy deals today", when back at the dealership, she pulls up my info and says "the numbers are the numbers" and they refused to deal at all! Hold on to your hats- we're getting CRAZY now!! I was appalled as I have never come across this in all my years buying cars. I left the dealership (not happy) and e-mailed the new car sales manager informing him of what had just transpired and he could really give a s*#t less and told me the same as the floor salesperson-the offer is the offer and they are not changing it. WOW!! is all I can say. I have purchased 2 BMW's from this dealerships sister dealership and should have just gone back to that one where they have customer service skills and will work with you. This dealership is a ripoff-go to the one in Las Vegas. I guess Henderson has to pay off their expensive remodel..... More
Run while you still can! I went in to this dealership with my own financing and these jokers STILL have not completed my loan on their end! (Practically two MONTHS later.) The I went in to this dealership with my own financing and these jokers STILL have not completed my loan on their end! (Practically two MONTHS later.) They lure you in by being very attentive .. AT FIRST. Then the nightmare begins. My loan officer at my bank had to call BMW's finance manager because they were giving me inaccurate information. My calls were avoided or not dealt with properly, I have been given the run around since day one. What could have been an easy and smooth purchase turned into a total nightmare. I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemies! These are the people who give car dealerships a bad name! More

Talked with Fernando throughout the week and learned thencarnwas still available, I told him to txt me if it got sold. An hour before my flight left I called to verify the vehicle and yup, still there. Called when I land, still there. Drove straight from the airport to the dealership and the dealer drove the vehicle around the front. He told me right off the bat that his partner was not there but the car has been in an accident and has bodywork damage to the front because the tires were too big, I told them that's fine and thought we could workout a deal. He then "checked" with his manager, who didn't even bother to come introduce himself, and came back to tell me they recalled the vehicle and won't sell it. I told the dealers naturally that I was upset, very upset. No one bothered to call me or anything before I got there. I then told them to possibly find me other Cameros under auto nation. 24 hours later, nothing. This just proves they a lot of dealerships want nothing but your money. Auto nation gmc off of Sahara took care of me but bmw of Henderson didn't even bother. Stay away from this dealership, they will bait and switch you just as they did me. More

broken promise Looked online for a cpo and found one at this dealership, but I would have to take care of taxes and dmv since i live out of state. After speaking and Looked online for a cpo and found one at this dealership, but I would have to take care of taxes and dmv since i live out of state. After speaking and getting all the info both on the phone and online, I decided to go and see the vehicle in person, I already took care of all the financial myself and asked to how long I would be out there, I was assured that I would be there no longer then 2 hours, after 6 hours and still there, I finally got to the f and i guy, I told my associate I did not want anything I just wanted to sign the papers and leave, the f and i guy starts giving me the hard sale, tried to be nice at first, but he was just really pissing me off. Finally out of there, now the car has a problem, they picked it up from the resort I was at, and finally at around 12 noon the next day it was ready. I told the manager about the problems I was having with the f and i guy, and he said he heard all about it, and said the f and i guy was just kidding with me, no he wasn't and he doesn't know me. Only my friends joke around, but in a business transaction dealing with my money, no jokes allowed. They were going to send me some paperwork to my house asap, and two weeks later it shows up, and they still have not taken care of my trade-in. I was going to purchase another product from my local dealership but my connection left for another job so I called back henderson, got a price I agreed on paid for it up front and was promised to receive a confirmation right away. Still waiting two days later and probably more. Makes you wonder about customer service with them More
Poor way to do business Went to bmw of Henderson to upgrade from my Ford. We were greeted promptly by an associate. My wife and I were looking at a 2014 car on the front line , it had no window sticker or price attached. We told the salesman we were interested in the car but only had 50k max to spend , not a penny more. He said yeah that's fine we will be okay on this one. He insisted we take it for a drive which we did. We both fell in love with it and came back to do paperwork. The first set of numbers he brings back totals 63k.... The second was 61. Not even close to what we said. Also , this new car had 1100 miles on it. He continues to try and sell it to us by saying this will also be a collector's item and there are very few available. After we leave the dealership frustrated , I shopped on line for that EXACT car. All options. I found one 9k cheaper 3 hours away with only 7 miles on it. Then I found another , and another roughly the same 8-9k cheaper with a lot less miles. I am very disappointed in the way this dealer tries to play people and seems like it's acceptable to do so by management. Will not be back and will certainly advise people of my experience of trying to be a bmw owner. More

I took my ca After valve gasket and coil replacement work done on my 2002 x5 john Chaisson 's guys dropped a bolt in my intake and damaged my engine. I took my car to a BMW specialist and they provided me photos and repaired my engine for less, john Chaisson the general manager of service only offered me a partial of my original costs. What a shame. Hopefully my lawyer can get not only my original $1200 back from their poor wrk. But also I can get my full repairs covered now that john Chaisson told me "we'll that happens" . How insulting! More
I have wanted a convertible for well over a year but thought they were out of my price range. I finally decided that I was going to check out the prices with an agent. Within 1 day of my request, I h thought they were out of my price range. I finally decided that I was going to check out the prices with an agent. Within 1 day of my request, I had my dream car with a dream price. I have never in my life dealt with a sales person at a car dealership who was really interested in getting me what I want instead of just trying to sell me a car. I had an incredible experience and I would and will recommend Ricky Lopez to all of my friends and family. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I am still amazed at the speed with which he was able to accomplish this. More
I recently had my car at Desert BMW of Henderson. I have an aftermarket warranty and needed some work done. The work was going to be very expensive and even though the warranty company acknowledged that th an aftermarket warranty and needed some work done. The work was going to be very expensive and even though the warranty company acknowledged that the part wasn't under the EXCLUDED portion and that it would be covered...They didn't want to cover it - go figure! Anyway, it got resolved and here is the letter i wrote to the General Manager of the Dealership. Thanks Desert BMW of Henderson. October 11, 2012 To whom it may concern, I have owned my first BMW for about 2 years now. My BMW is a 2006 750Li. I purchased the vehicle locally and have used your dealership for a couple of small things (a recall and a wiper blade replacement). Until very recently the car has been the very best automobile that I’ve ever owned. I was having an issue with the up/down feature on the steering column. It simply did not work. I took it in to your dealership for repair. That is the simple part of the story. The difficult portion starts back when I purchased the vehicle used from a dealer in town. At the time I purchased an extended warranty from an aftermarket warranty company through the dealership. Obviously nobody wants to purchase a warranty that isn’t backed by the car manufacturer but as much technology that exists in BMW vehicles I thought it best. I haven’t had to use the warranty until the steering column issue. To make this long story as short as possible, the warranty works off of “exclusions” and the steering column WASN’T excluded. The company gave your folks at the dealership a GREAT deal of grief and really didn’t want to pay even though they acknowledged that it wasn’t excluded. I happen to walk in when the various services folks were on the phone with the company. It was a MESS. If not for some pretty great people, I wouldn’t have been able to get the needed work done. In particular I’d like to thank three gentlemen that handled the situation. 1. Scott Jones – Service Advisor 2. Steve Crum – Shop Foreman 3. Matt Hulse – Service and Parts Director I got a rare look at inner-workings of warranty and service. I was there when your guys spent about an hour on the phone trying to help the warranty company understand logic and proper protocol. Without the hard work of these three men, I would have had a HUGE headache, and some extremely costly repairs to deal with. Scott and Matt fought for me. They didn’t have to, but they did. That means a great deal. I’d like to especially thank Matt Hulse for his tenacity. Ultimately he was the person who got it handled. Man, I’m extremely grateful for their hard work. They have earned so much more than just a “good job”. Thank you for your time. More
I will not return to this organization due to the unnecessary rhetoric and run around you get when you try to service your vehicle. When you expect to recieve quaility service as well as pay the pri unnecessary rhetoric and run around you get when you try to service your vehicle. When you expect to recieve quaility service as well as pay the price for quaility service I would expect professional handling by someone motivated to take care of my issue and not recieve scam like communication.
