Terrible People!!! They took my CD's - and lied about when I would get them back - I still haven't gotten them back and I don't think I ever will. One was irreplaceable. The radio/display was faulty And they took the CD player out. They refused to break open the CdPlayer to get them out, and instead sent it off, with my Cd's still inside - knowing I would never get them back but lied and said I would. Now, the truth comes out but those xxx people continue to say "we'll do our best to get them back" but refuse to call anyone so I just continue to wait, but nothing is ever going to happen. Don't go there. I could go on about every visit and what happened but I would run out of room. More

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I was nervous and expecting to be pushed into buying something I didn't want. But Feri Fereidouni listened to me and took into account the type of car I wanted and the price I was going for and she showed me a lot of great cars. She was always very honest about their pros and cons, which I greatly appreciated. She introduced me to her Sales Manager, Darell Cox who also was outstanding and took care of me also and made this a painless purchase experience. Everyone I met was really nice and friendly. I was fortunate enough to meet the General Manager, Dave Durill, before leaving in my beautiful BMW. Dave gave me his business card and told me to call him if I needed anything. From start to finish, this was a pleasant experience, one that I will tell everyone I know. Thank you BMW of Henderson, that was awesome! More
A $86k "NEW" SUV that had been WRECKED w/o disclosing DO NOT BUY HERE! THEY ILLEGALLY SELL CARS BY SELLING YOU WRECKED VEHICLES AS NEW WITHOUT DISCLOSING! On 3/25 I purchased a brand new $86K 2017 X5 50i DO NOT BUY HERE! THEY ILLEGALLY SELL CARS BY SELLING YOU WRECKED VEHICLES AS NEW WITHOUT DISCLOSING! On 3/25 I purchased a brand new $86K 2017 X5 50i. The very first day I owned the car I had an issue that I brought it back to the dealership to have them look at it. The Sales Manager Mike asks me... what did you do to the car, it was fine when I drove it last. After the car was in service for a week, with ZERO service paperwork given to me showing any work done, I finally received it back to have yet another problem the same day after having it returned to me. I brought it to the Sahara dealership because I at this point I was concerned about Henderson. It was at that point that the Sahara dealership determined the car had MAJOR work done to it prior to me purchasing it, because it was wrecked 4 months prior. My wife ran a car fax to find out that 4 months before I purchased this "NEW" vehicle that it had been involved in a serious side swipe collision. NONE OF THIS INFORMATION WAS DISCLOSED TO ME!! This was supposed to be a safe car for my family which included my 8 month pregnant wife and my soon to be son. The dealership tried to cover up the accident and keep it off the books. I owned this car for 10 days, only 2 in my possession as the rest were back in the dealership. The GM is a piece of work as he will blatantly lie to your face and look upset because he is.. that he got caught. I tried to salvage my relationship with BMW, however the GM never returned my phone call as he promised. BMW Corp along with Autonation does not care about what happened to me here! DO NOT PURCHASE the '17 X5 50i, Stock #H0J84471!!!! RUN A CAR FAX AND YOU WILL SEE IT HAS HAD TWO OWNERS AND AN ACCIDENT!! Who thought you needed to run a car fax on a new car?!? Unfortunately this experience has caused me to never want to own another BMW again! More

Customer service in service department keeps leaving her station and greets her coworker and talks a storm with him and ignores me, the customer, and more interested in a potential date than helping a customer. Guaranteed salary equals no motivation from these employees. I also asked if so could be notified when my vehicle would be ready to pickup from the girl behind the counter and she said we will bring it out. I asked again.can you tell me when you will have it out and let me know. She then said yes. I asked this since it was not ready to pick up at 6:30pm as promised. The customer service girl never told me when it's ready. I had to keep checking every 10 minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting, I asked the girl when my car will be ready. She said oh, it's now ready. I asked her why didn't you tell me, I was waiting for awhile. She lied and said I never told you I would let you know when it's ready. Customer service and service representative don't care about getting business from those girls. They only care about their coworkers abd chatting with them or disappearing completely so that other employees can't find them. You will need to voice record what they say as they won't admit what they have said or have no clue what is going on. They are so backlogged and don't know what is going on in their own service department, that they don't know what is going on. Also I was told by Malisa that we don't know what is going on with your car. Malisa said "the navigation is so complex, and we honestly don't know what is going on." More
General Manager, Eric Ziegenbein rude and disrespectful I was contacted via email after visiting this dealership to ask about my experience. Unfortunately, the salesman I dealt with was angry that i didn't buy a car that he had "chosen" for me and informed me that I should buy. Apparently, they felt that buying a 1 year old car with 35k miles was "the right car" for me, even though I didn't want it. Coincidentally, I received an email form Mr. Ziegenbein 2 months after the incident, asking how my experience was. I let him know that I was treated poorly by his salesman. Instead of expressing and empathy or remorse, he was basically a smart alec. General Manager, Eric Ziegenbein was rude, condescending, and disrespectful to me. His actions were inexcusable and shameful for the dealership. Check out the other reviews on this guy, you'll see them on line. This is how he is towards countless others. I suggest that the Regional managers tighten the leash on this guy before he destroys the reputation of the 2 BMW dealerships in town. More
Dishonest and a scam for service I'm not going to get into everything because it is to much. We had our steering angle sensor replaced just over a year ago because some lights were co I'm not going to get into everything because it is to much. We had our steering angle sensor replaced just over a year ago because some lights were coming on. We drove it for almost a year and the same lights came back on so we call BMW of Henderson and they said to bring it in and it will be under warranty if it is the steering angle sensor. When we got there they scanned it, drove it and said they need to recalibrate it and it still had a problem. Now there saying it needs an alignment, I said if the alignment doesn't fix it I'm not paying for it because the alignment seems good to me, they said ok. So we scheduled for an alignment. We went back in and had the alignment done and they said it was the steering angle sensor, so we said great it's warranty and our service guy (THE ASSISTANT MANAGER) started to back step on what he had just said and now their trying to come up with any other problem to not have it warranty. We did not have to pay for the alignment but they did not give us our scan fee back like they said they would. We made another appointment to have them fix it and the alignment because it pulls to the right now and was fine before they touched it, but now their saying my tie rods are bad (rusted) and they forgot to tell us that last time. Last time they said it should fix the problem have a nice day. I looked and the tie rods are not rusted. I will never go there again. There is more to this horrible service center but I'm tired of typing. They are very dishonest. Go somewhere else they are not helpful here. I'm very upset, this will not end here. More
Worse dealership EVER!!! Bought 2 cars. One was to be shipped. paid to have it shipped. They never paid the driver. So I had to pay him so that he would release the car. They Bought 2 cars. Have been in the dealership on several occasions asking for the money and it's always an excuse!!! The entire dealership are very unprofessional and misrepresent everything BMW stands for. They fail to understand that it's the customers reviews and word of mouth that keeps their business in business. More
Rip Off - Scam Do not ever, I repeat ever take your car here for repairs! This place will scam you out of every last dime you have. I took my car here for a simple Do not ever, I repeat ever take your car here for repairs! This place will scam you out of every last dime you have. I took my car here for a simple coolant leak. Everyone informed me not to take it to the dealer because they will over charge you. Needless to say I took it there anyway because of some bad experiences I had with previous mechanics. This was the worst experience I have ever had with ANY repair shop! They charged me over $1100 to fix 3 hoses. The service rep promised I would not have to bring my car back for coolant issues because they replaced all the hoses and everything was perfect. Two weeks later while I was in the drive thru, one of my coolant hoses exploded. There was coolant flying everywhere, my car was smoking, my coolant light came on, the lady in the drive through was yelling your car is smoking. I had to pull over and park the car. BMW offered to towed my car in after the third time coming down for the same issue. At this point under my hood coolant droplets was everywhere eroding my engine and causing major damage to other parts. BMW fixed it at no additional charged and apologized for any inconvenience they may have caused. One week later a blew a head gasket. Please do yourself a favor and never take your car here for repairs. They will con you out of your savings account and still not fix your car. More
