Penny smart, dollar dumb. I had a new starter installed and BMW Henderson would not refund my money. The service/parts manager said it had markings that proved I installed it in the car. I suggested maybe BMW sent it that way and he smirked, meanwhile I have two open recalls on my 328i. WOW! BMW can make mistakes!!! Not sure what their customer acquisition cost is but they just paid $44.01 to get rid of one and write this review. More
SCAMMER Purchased a second-hand car from this BMW branch. Contacted them online, initial conversation was good, the sales did reply to this online inquiry - great. Flew in to buy the car on-site, brought cashiers check. Claimed that they have to run a credit check on us if the check doesn't go through. Manager was disrespectful because we didn't purchase their warranty after 3 attempts - I get it, it's the 'norm' of car sales, you're upset, no time to care for your customer, right? Car shipped after a weekend and a few days - OK, not to complain, guess the bank was closed. Then the car arrived with a hand-written temporary transfer driving permit for only a few days - Weird, but didn't get my concern. Then the permit expired, but still no update from the registration company -- called them myself and surprisingly, they have not received the title from this BMW. WOW! Emailed BMW and replied that their title department hasn't even sent out my title yet. ALMOST THREE WEEKS after I purchased the car in full and NO TITLE HAS BEEN GIVEN TO ME. And NO UPDATES NOR ACTIVE CONTACT IN BETWEEN. Really? More

Service department is really poor Horrible customer service department. Service manager Joe has no customer service abilities at all. Took my 3 series in for a couple bmw recall items. After one week of being in the shop I went to see Joe. I asked Joe why my car was not complete and he blamed BMW. He said BMW didn’t send the dealership the parts needed to make the fix. I asked Joe why does BMW send out a recall to me and they don’t send the dealer the parts, he said to ask BMW, so I did. BMW told me to ask my service manager why he scheduled the recall without having the part on hand. Joe is a short tempered irritable individual and should not be a service manager. My family is in the market for a new vehicle. Joe has just cost BMW the sale of a new X5 because there is no way I will buy another BMW as long as I live in Henderson because of the terrible service department. I love my BMW but Henderson BMW is terrible. . More
Service department helpful and courteous I bought a used 2013 5 series in 2014 and it has been a great car. I went there on a Sunday to browse, saw it and the next day when they were open I c I bought a used 2013 5 series in 2014 and it has been a great car. I went there on a Sunday to browse, saw it and the next day when they were open I called and the salesmen brought it to my place of work for a test drive. Now that's service. It's time to upgrade to an SUV for my 3 grandchildren to ride in and am going back to BMW of Henderson. The service has been great, yes sometimes your car has to spend the night...so what. Life happens. Communication has been good when the car was serviced and the entire staff is always friendly. So as I said I am going back for an upgrade and I will write another 5 star review I am sure of it. More

Great people to work with! I found this dealership through AutoTrader and send them a request for information on a car I was interested in. I heard from Levi Kellems within a few hours of my sending them the request. Levi was very professional, detailed oriented in his communications and wasn’t your typical "pushy" car salesman. He respected the packages/options that I was interested in which most of the other dealerships/salesmen I had worked with thus far had paid little attention. The car that I contacted him about did not work for us but I know these are the guys I will go with next time I am in the market for a vehicle. More

And of course they never have any loaners available but they keep your vehicle for at least a week. We will NEVER buy another BMW. Do not use this service department!!! More

Extremely unhappy with Henderson BMW. STAY AWAY!! Extremely unhappy with Henderson BMW. There were several problems that they didn’t fix!! First we took our 750 on September because th STAY AWAY!! Extremely unhappy with Henderson BMW. There were several problems that they didn’t fix!! First we took our 750 on September because the Engine was shaking a lot and the engine light was on. They said that they have a few recalls to fix. Then they started saying that the car has a few other problems If we wanted to take care of it, which I said no! I feel that from the beginning they wanted me to pay them thousand of dollars! Around November they called me and said that the car was READY and that I have to pay them several $$$$$ for some repairs that they did to our car. I took the car out on a Friday I tested on Saturday and there was the engine shacking again and the engine light turned on! I decided to take the car to the mechanic again on Monday because they told me that the car was ready but obviously It wasn’t... they said again that there was a few recalls to fix again. I had to say that they have the worst customer services ever! I have been calling them or emailing them about the car and they never had an answer about it until they finally emailed me and they sent me a list with another things that they need to fix in the car!! WHAT??? They didn’t even fix the car from the first place and they are asking me if I want them to fix others stuff which it on total was like 6,000! I told the guy that I am not paying or fixing anything else until they fix the few recalls that they told me they had supposedly fixed! A few weeks later he emailed me and said that they fix the recalls but I have to pay them 1,600 from “Who knows” also that the car has an engine light on??? That was the reason I took the car back a couple of months ago!!! that’s when I decided to go personal to fix these issues! When I got there I had to explain to the guy my concern and he called the “Service Director” JOE MONACO which I want to point out that he had the most crappy amateurish experience, worst attitude, doesn’t care about clients and let me walk from there with a car that I paid to be fix from the first place and he wanted me to pay again to fix the same problem which sounded ridiculous to me! I had to say that I took my other 750 to be fix with the same problem and 3 weeks later the engine started shaking again! 2 BMW’s that we are not going to be able to use because they are worthless!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A BMW AGAIN!!! More
