Christian Mandapat is very courteous and very service oriented individual. And also the staffs are very friendly. They make you feel at home. I have four of my tires replaced, the only hiccup is that oriented individual. And also the staffs are very friendly. They make you feel at home. I got the vehicle I wanted. I came to the dealership ready to purchase a vehicle. I had a hard time finding a sales person, had to call the dealership from my car. I was told the vehicle I was trying to ready to purchase a vehicle. I had a hard time finding a sales person, had to call the dealership from my car. I was told the vehicle I was trying to purchase had options that it did not. While not a deal breaker I did not like being told it had options (heads up display) that it did not. I was told it was a different color (black on black vs gray). I was prevented from getting back into my trade in as if the dealership already owned my vehicle before the deal was done. This is an old school shady practice I really think is inappropriate. I got the BMW I wanted, a great car. The way the dealership handled the purchase would drive me to another dealership in the future. More
