I needed to purchase a vehicle and was able to accomplish that here. The customer experience at this dealership was a continuous demonstration of over promising and underdelivering. People must have been dealing with a different Christian Mandapat than I am. He supposedly ordered a part but I can't confirm it. He wasn't there when I picked up my car because he left early. The people in the dealership are very nice. Quality coming in and out of service is very much depending upon knowing the right person in service who really cares about your car, not just getting the jo coming in and out of service is very much depending upon knowing the right person in service who really cares about your car, not just getting the job done.
