My experience with this dealership I have some mixed reviews but leaning more towards the positive side. So my boyfriend and I have been sharing one vehicle for a year and it was time for me to get my o reviews but leaning more towards the positive side. So my boyfriend and I have been sharing one vehicle for a year and it was time for me to get my own. Finding the car that I want was easy HOWEVER trying to get my hands on it was tricky since used cars are flying off the lot. As weeks progressed and seeing the cars that I want get taken I came across the car that I have now but it was at another dealership near the strip. Since my boyfriend works for this dealership I told him I wanted the car I have now before it gets swiped. Soo they ran my credit and BOOM I got approved, I was told that they’ll bring the car from the other dealership after it gets detailed and I’ll be signing papers the next day. Next day comes I’m signing papers however me and boyfriend hit a snag on insurance which took half the day to resolve no biggie once it was done I signed more papers on coverage and payments and I finally got my car. This is where the mixed reviews come in. On the website I learned that if there aren’t that many pictures it’s because it has been on the lot for less than 21 days and if there are pictures it’s been there for 21+ days. So the car that I bought of course didn’t have alot of pictures and I know your asking “well why didn’t you go down there and look for yourself?” True I could have but online gives you a list of available cars each dealership under autonation and going down there would be a waste of gas. Anywho so after I got approved I was told that there was a scratch on the bumper when I seen the car there was more than just 1 scratch, there were dents and minor scratches which my boyfriend wasn’t told about. So after I got my car my boyfriend did a quick inspection on it and found out there is a small oil leak but the other dealership washed it off, there was a rattling noise in the trunk, and i was given an empty gas tank luckily I made it to the gas station before i ran out. Soooo my overall review has been mixed but I’m willing to give bmw of Henderson another try in the future since I have a thing for great and helpful customer service. More
