Good Service, love the video of the mechanic showing you his work and inspection. My only disappointment is I wish they had kept the body shop on premises, it’s not convenient for someone to have to drive t his work and inspection. Albert Fantone and the team at BMW was extremely helpful and was able to resolve the issue I was experiencing with my brakes, no questions asked. They were able to replace the brake pads, do a full brake in and was able to resolve the issue I was experiencing with my brakes, no questions asked. They were able to replace the brake pads, do a full brake inspection, test drove the car to check if the issue went away and also did a complimentary detail. Even though I live 30 min away from this dealership, I will continue to come back because of their exceptional service. Thank you so much BMW of Henderson for a great experience. More
