I brought my car in and I didn't realize it had an oil leak and the tires had really uneven wear from poor alignment. The technician showed me with a video the issues with my car, and the SA was thorough leak and the tires had really uneven wear from poor alignment. They also were able to get a significant amount of work done in 2 days which was critical because I had a road trip planned. Professional, courteous and fast. :) More

The car stopped in the middle of the freeway all upon sudden. Took it to dealership. Was told to replace certain part. Brought up the concern of the defect to the repair representative and was told it is sudden. Took it to dealership. Was told to replace certain part. Never had that happened to me before with 7 cars owned. Obviously defective and the dealership did not wanted to take responsibility of fixing it. Would never suggest going to the dealership and either buying another BMW or fixing one there! More
