That’s phone number is general phone number, no operator. I did talk with someone whoever pick up the phone with my attention to talk to the GM and he said the GM not there and not even bother to ask me if I want to leave message to GM. I did talk with Roni service manager about the problem and ask him to call my husband cause I was at work. He didn’t even call my husband but delegate someone to call my husband. BMW Henderson knew my number, the GM can call us if they are really sincere about to turn experience around. I bought my Z4 at BMW Las Vegas and they have my information too, same company Auto Nation.
