They do t have their shot together non of them know what their doing I called in advance to have my car diagnosed the women I talked with told me they had time and the diagnostic would only take a couple of their doing I called in advance to have my car diagnosed the women I talked with told me they had time and the diagnostic would only take a couple of hours at best but when I got there the service guy told me I had to leave my car there for a day or two I tried to tell him what I was told and that I’m unable to leave the car with him I have other things that I needed to do but all I got was an attitude from them. I’m new with bmw I bought the car back in October I don’t think I’ll buy another one in fact this whole experience made me question the company overall so I think I’m going to sell the bmw and buy Tesla or something I don’t think I’ll ever buy another bmw again or recommend bmw to anyone. More

The car is truly beautiful. And it met or exceeded my expectations in many ways. The BMW Genius (Mark Metzner) assigned to me is excellent and very patient & thorough. If I need to point out something that needs correction going forward I think the detailing on my delivery was a bit lacking. The blue masking on the 4 rocker panels was still attached. The tires apparently were remounted and the drivers notification screen was not reset. The full one year free subscription of Sirius XM was not installed prior to delivery and I had to make the numerous calls to do this and it is still not taken care of. Never bought a car that I had to take care of this. Never. More
