Great dealership! Our salesman Kyle was very professional and understood our needs. He made sure the process was smooth from beginning to end. Our salesman Kyle was very professional and understood our needs. He made sure the process was smooth from beginning to end. More

Sales people are professional, courteous and available. The paperwork processor was also very friendly. Excellent service on my car, but no loaner car available (I understand this) , a shuttle ride home but no ride back to the dealer. I would have to rent a car. Pretty poor service on a new luxury car. Possible over night hold for cold star - First contact, Emanuel states techs can’t find any issue with the car, it runs fine and no codes are shown. Possible over night hold for cold start test. - Second contact, An hour later Emanuel calls back to state that the issue is the fuel pump and module shorted out. Then stated they came to this conclusion/diagnosis because the car wouldn’t start when they tried to pull it out of the bay (The bay that the car drove into under its own power Emanuel confirmed). So our options given to us by Emanuel was pay $2600 or have it towed. - Third contact (next day), Emanuel states that the car has now started and they have came to a NEW conclusion that it’s a intermittent fuel pump shortage INTERNALLY (short is inside fuel pump). Next option given to us by Emanuel is to come pick up the car but he can’t promise that it will start once I arrive. - Details never provided were, codes or steps in detail that supports the diagnosis. - Concerns, during second contact I was given a definitive answer that the fuel pump and module are shorted out and my car will not run and will have to be fixed or towed BUT the next day a new diagnosis has accrued state the fuel pump isn’t actually shorted to the point of failure or absolute need of repair for the car to run and is just a intermittent issue. So yesterday if I would have paid it would have been for a false diagnosis. Going forward from here how can I be confident that this new diagnosis is TRUE? Example: For all I know I could get a phone call tomorrow morning stating that the fuel pump is fine and it was just the injectors the whole time. My fear is that something was damaged during diagnosis that is now causing this newly acquired intermittent failing to start issue (that was never a problem before, nor the original reason for coming in). I towed my car to another mechanic he did diagnostics found nothing wrong. Changed the air filter. Said there’s no starting problems for sure and no other problems he can find the car runs and drives great. He was so positive that he told me If it doesn’t start call him he’ll come tow it for free. I’ve been driving the car for weeks and it’s started every time and runs perfectly. Service Mgr Wyatt is terrible Service writer Emanuel is Terrible! Horrible experience! Customer service is bad! I have 7 bmws in the past. This is the worst. Went for oil change and service engine light- first they couldn’t find warrant Customer service is bad! I have 7 bmws in the past. This is the worst. Went for oil change and service engine light- first they couldn’t find warranty of which I bought the car from them so told me regular price of $450, finally found the warranty so got that right after I had them to look it up several times- then when called to check on car status to see if finished. Transferred me to wrong dealership, twice, then I called and left message on voicemail of service manager of which I never got a return call back, finally I Called the guy I actually bought the car from and asked him to call the service department for me to check status , this was after 3pm. Appt check in time was 10am, finally got my car back. Horrible customer service! I will never go back. Prob want even buy another car there to avoid any service More

Remember when buying a luxury car included a great customer service experience? BMW of Henderson’s service experience is like going to a Jiffy Lube. Maybe worse. No loaners anymore, for one. The servi customer service experience? BMW of Henderson’s service experience is like going to a Jiffy Lube. Maybe worse. No loaners anymore, for one. The service advisor tried to charge me $40 to reset the engine service light. I asked if it was something I could do myself and he dramatically answered “oh no no, I don’t know, I don’t know.” I initially gave him the green light to include the “impossible” service light reset, but called 10 minutes after I dropped off my car and asked him to cancel that portion. It’s literally pushing 2 buttons. Thanks YouTube. He never called back after 3 messages in 2 hours and said “oh, we already did it.” Also didn’t address the 2 other issues I brought my car in for. He was too focused on asking me to give him a 10 star rating. Maybe if you just gave me 10 star service, you wouldn’t have to beg for it?? Then to end, as I was leaving, I asked if he had any suggestions to open my jammed center console that he couldn’t fix, to which he suggested I ask my “husband” if he has the right tools to unjam it. I am not married. And of course, as a woman, couldn’t possibly have tools of my own. But the service advisor did ask me, for the eighth time, to give him a 10 star rating before I drove my half washed car home. Lol. What a joke. Is this 1985 with this little man trying to hustle a woman into paying for additional services? Shame on your BMW of Henderson. Do better. More
I was told my car was ready so I told them I will pick it up in 1 1/2 hour. I get there and it wasn’t wash yet and there was a car in front of me so really it’s not ready for pick up. So I told them forget t up in 1 1/2 hour. I get there and it wasn’t wash yet and there was a car in front of me so really it’s not ready for pick up. So I told them forget the wash just give me my car. In hind sight, I probably should have had them wash the car because there was a lot of greasy hand prints from the mechanic. This is not isolated from this visit, I had issues every time I take my car there. More
