vehicle has adhesive on the top of the rear hatch. I did not detect this until i washed the car. vehicle has several scratches on the wood just in front of driver seat. My expectation would be to have a local dealer rub our hood scratches if possible. the windshield also has a horizontal crack above the reported windshield damage. More

Only fault is with parts department who ordered the wrong part and I had return to pick my car up and then reschedule. Then Brought my car in at 8am, heard back at 1pm that the part was wrong. My car was in the shop for two weeks. The warranty company had to be notified to allow the repairs to be made. It took them two trips into the shop to get the dealer to get it squared away, Once I got the car back I noticed they didn't even bother to wash it? Unfortunately I have driven BMWś for years and still have two today. The service from BMW of Henderson is always a nightmare! The cars are great, the service is not! More

I brought my car in and I didn't realize it had an oil leak and the tires had really uneven wear from poor alignment.
