Two hours for a routine oil change that cost over $200. I'm in the market for a new car, so I used the time to look at new cars. I looked at each car on the lot, and not one person asked if I had any quest I'm in the market for a new car, so I used the time to look at new cars. CPO vehicle was brought back next day for service… suspension adjustments were needed. After 2 days - vehicle was ready only to keep vibrating at highway speeds. Everyone at Henderson BMW are very professional and very kind people. Ian the service writer always greets me when I get there and always knowledgeable. Get what needs to be done and speedy.
