I had been waiting on my m3 for 8-1/2 months. Major xxxxxxto Carlos Dominguez. He was top notch. I bothered him 2-3 times a week for updates for the whole length of time. Never once did he lose h Major xxxxxxto Carlos Dominguez. He was top notch. I bothered him 2-3 times a week for updates for the whole length of time. Never once did he lose his patience. It was as if we shared the same passion for me to get my dream car. We became friends throughout the experience. He is an asset to the dealership. Don’t lose him. Without getting into too much financial details..I had a few issues with my credit union, and the buying process took 2 days. This was out of the dealerships control, and more so on my credit union. With that being said, the solution to the issue I was having is credited to Chris Santos in finance. He was able to quickly find a solution after a few stressful days, and the deal couldn’t have been done without his effort. Now…if Chris and Carlos weren’t there I wouldn’t have had such a great experience. The culture in the dealership was off putting. Nobody was smiling, and it seemed as if the other members of the team were cold and fake. I am very very close friends with two Local dealership general managers (Peter at Audi Henderson , and jimmy deguilio Volvo for over 15 years). I know the potential a dealership can have when it comes to company culture. All people want is to be treated with respect. The sales manager Darrell, made me feel like stepping back in time. He exuded the sleazy car salesman personality. Fake smile, asks me what I do for a living, tells me he wants to come and eat at my restaurant to gas me up…then doesn’t want to approve a price difference of $200 dollars for tint that I signed for 8-1/2 months ago (btw thanks Carlos for pushing him to do so). I also tried to bargain the market adjustment value. I’m not upset I didn’t get a deal on the markup. I was certain it was non-negotiable, but it was worth a try. I’m upset with how he said no…he made me feel like I was an idiot for asking. Darrell didn’t check with anyone to see. He just said no. In conclusion, I’m very happy with the car, and I’m very happy with the way Chris and Carlos treated me. The overall personality of the dealership rides on those two guys. More

This was the worst car experience I have ever had and would caution anyone considering this vehicle. I purchased a BMW X2 xdrive28i and within the first few months I was already replacing the back brake would caution anyone considering this vehicle. I purchased a BMW X2 xdrive28i and within the first few months I was already replacing the back brake pads. Within the 2 years I had the car both rear brake pads had to be replaced. The windshield wipers and battery were also replaced. Before you try and say but the desert heat, I am well aware and lived here my entire life. In the 12 cars I’ve owned I’ve never had the issues I had with this one, not to mention that my car is in the garage half the time. On top of all that, there’s a known connectivity issue with the Bluetooth, that the sales person warned me about and I wish I would have listened. Now onto their customer service or lack thereof. For buying a bmw you would you expect a certain level of good customer service, which I can say that I never had at this location. I would dread walking into their store because every single time I was there, I knew it would be awful. Stacy, the service advisor, was the only person that offset all the bad experiences I had in my 2 years. I would really caution anyone thinking about purchasing this brand and especially from this dealership to do their research. I really wish I would have, it would have saved me a ton of time and headaches dealing with this car and these people. More

My BMW didn't pass smog test so I took it to the dealership to clear a code. They kept my car for 5 days. I was told there was no rental car available. ( It was a huge hassle to get rides to work dealership to clear a code. They kept my car for 5 days. I was told there was no rental car available. ( It was a huge hassle to get rides to work for those days, but I understand things are different after pandemic.) After I paid for service, I was told that I could have had my smog done there! Why didn't anyone suggest that before I picked up my car? Other than those two issues, the service provided was great. More
