I changed my 11:30 AM appt to 8:00 AM at the advisor's request, and at some issue with my personal schedule, because, they said, "Your vehicle has some recalls that need to be addressed." My annual servi request, and at some issue with my personal schedule, because, they said, "Your vehicle has some recalls that need to be addressed." My annual service was concluded at 11:30 AM, per text. I picked up the car at 3:00 PM, a prearranged time. The service was performed appropriately, and the car was washed, though the interior windshield was dirtied with soap. (Second occurrence on that one...). So, what about the recalls? "Oh, we didn't do that; you will have to bring the car back in soon. It will take a full day..." So why did I bring my car in early? A star is granted for the wash and their courtesy. Thanks for that. I was courteous, too. More

This dealership could get higher ratings if customer service was important to them but it is not. I have had my X5 in service a couple times. for minor repairs/service items and I have always had a great experience and have been treated like a VIP. If I could give a higher than 5 star rating for Victor and his work ethic, I definitely would. More
