Overall, good. They cleaned my car and my car was still dirty. A previous BMW dealership always detailed my car immaculate when I got my oil changed. This dealership only vacuums, and there was still leaves in my car. I guess I got used to the top notch customer service in Houston. This dealership doesn’t even wipe your dash or do anything except half butt vacuum. Guess I was spoiled at Momentum BMW. I wish all BMW dealerships was held to the same standards. More

I’ve been servicing my 2017 328D at BMW of Henderson since I purchased the car brand new. I’m now at 51k mikes and out of the factory warranty period.
