I recently took my car to get the gas sensor changed and to see why my brakes were making a noise. I did some research and was advised by another dealer what needed to be done. So, I dropped off my car an to see why my brakes were making a noise. I did some research and was advised by another dealer what needed to be done. So, I dropped off my car and advised them on what was going on. I was told I needed to do additional work before it was even look at. Then I was told the work was going take a couple days. Now at this time my car wasn't even looked at yet. My car was drop off at 10am no one called or gave me a follow up. I called at 4 pm and asked what was going on with my car. Then they sent me a video telling me my brakes were great but I needed a lot of additional work. I knew I just needed the gas sensor to be looked at, but I was told I need about $4000.00 in work to be done. To make it more frustrating. When I picked up my car, they handed me a paper summary which told me I needed to get new brake pads. I just had my brakes changed at their site less than a year ago. My car has about 70,000 miles I don't drive it a lot. I feel since I'm women I was targeted. This so bad. More
I paid $250 for an oil change. Oh, wait, that was just the estimate, the actual cost was $33 higher (excluding tax) than the estimate, without any permission from me. In addition, I was brow beaten into getting the vehicle maintenance check for $150, resulting in an additional $2700 of "needed" work on the car which has only 27000 miles on it, mostly highway driving. What kind of junk does BMW make anyway? OR, is it that this dealership is just out to make a buck regardless of whether the car needs the work done? At any rate, I was planning on trading my car in for a new one in the next couple of weeks and now I know for sure it won't be for another BMW. More

I wish this dealership would get their act together. Especially as a luxury car dealership. Somehow they’re always a mess. The only reason I go is because I have a prepaid oil change package, otherwise I’d go elsewhere. Like I do for other due car services. More
