Kyle was very personable…represented the dealership very well. He also ensured that what was promised was delivered in terms of job turnaround time. Not sure if this is a BMW problem or a technician problem…but my x5 doesn’t have a manual release for the parking brake. Two years ago, the electronics failed on that system and I couldn’t move the car. I had to have it towed to the dealership to have the parking brake disengaged. Even though they fixed the system, I can’t take the risk of using it anymore as I can’t afford to get stuck somewhere when I’m traveling. The techs here say, for some reason, my particular vehicle can’t have a manual release. Other X5’s have the handle and cable located in the left rear side-panel. But mine is missing for some reason. I don’t think this speaks well for a “high-level technology”brand. Anyway…I wish you guys had somebody there who could fix this. More

He gave me a total that I assumed covered the oil change and smog test. He never pointed out the additional amount. More
If you want to get manipulated and jerked around then this is the place for you. The car wasn’t detailed (found trash and coffee drippings everywhere), we asked for fluids to be topped off they laughed b this is the place for you. Which by the way still has Coolant that was so low we had to fill it right away. There was an open recall that no one said a word about. On top of allll of that their financial manager told us we NEEDED a warranty in order to get financed, come to find out from the bank that was a lie. When we went to cancel it, it’s been well over a week with no resolution. Not only did they lie to our face, they also bypassed our welcome call from the bank that would have told us that we didn’t need a warranty. I will NEVER buy a car here again and if you truly do read your reviews. CALL US BACK AND RESOLVE THE ISSUES! More
