Appointment scheduled quickly, drop off easy, was notified of work being done (and needed), kept up to date and was told when car was ready. Very easy process. Staff pleasant and courteous. Only drawback is that I always have to adjust my seat after service. It doesn't seem to go back to my settings with the key fob in the car. Oh well... not a complaint, just an observation. More

My Service Advisor, Jimmy, was awsome and he kept me updated on my vehicle thr appointment on a Tuesday afternoon that worked great with my schedule. My Service Advisor, Jimmy, was awsome and he kept me updated on my vehicle throughout Wednesday morning. Best of all I arrived at 8:30 and my car was repaired (and washed) by 11:30.
