I was pleased with the patience of Joshua, who handled the main sale, as we waited for the proof of insurance to come through. Our 328i went in for some recall work. I felt informed from start to finish about the entire process. I was also informed about some neede maintainence and repair work that needed to be do I felt informed from start to finish about the entire process. I brought my BMW X5 in for annual service by appointment. I only waited a few minutes for my service advisor. Everything was ready for me to sign, he asked for my time allowance to have my car completed. A t I only waited a few minutes for my service advisor. Everything was ready for me to sign, he asked for my time allowance to have my car completed. A text with a video attached came a couple of hours later. This was showing me the tire tread check on all tires. The car was completed early and for the quoted price. Great service overall! More
