My wife and I have owned Porsche and Mercedes-Benz as our choice vehicles and decided to give BMW a try. I have owned my X5 for a few months now and notice an issue with the vehicles lane assist. I went in choice vehicles and decided to give BMW a try. I have owned my X5 for a few months now and notice an issue with the vehicles lane assist. I went into BMW of Henderson and made an appointment to have the computer checked out. I was surprised when they told me, I would need to find alternative mode of transportation when I bring in my new vehicle in for service. With a luxury brand, I assumed all would be the same and would accommodate me with a loaner vehicle. I know I did not buy an M model or an 8 series, but other luxury brands have always accommodate me. Secondly, when I asked about a loaner vehicle the service assistant was smug about my request. He had no alternative or sympathy with my request. When I drove in to drop off my vehicle, I gave my reason for the visit again and went on my way. I was pleasantly surprised when they did find the issue and stated it had been corrected. I returned later in the day and picked up my vehicle. BMW Henderson does have an amazing coffee machine and a welcoming seating area. I drove home and had no issues with my vehicle. I hope this is the only issue I will have. Respectfully, D.T. More
We drove into Las Vegas from San Diego when suddenly I was losing coolant. I tried to reach out to the BMW nearest me but they said they wouldn’t be able to take my car in until Monday but we had to check was losing coolant. I tried to reach out to the BMW nearest me but they said they wouldn’t be able to take my car in until Monday but we had to check out and drive back on Saturday. I called BMW of Henderson and explained my situation and they made accommodations for me to bring the car in right away. Obviously my main concern was making sure my car was running properly to make the drive back home to San Diego as well as the short time we had left in Las Vegas. Kyle was able to get my car back to the technicians, diagnosed and repaired all in the same day. I am super grateful for their help and their quick turnaround! More
We visited the dealership a few times as we had our eye on a few different models. Our sales agent was informative but not pushy. Once I let him know the parameter's of what I was looking for he went out on a few different models. Our sales agent was informative but not pushy. Once I let him know the parameter's of what I was looking for he went out of his way to see future incoming stock to let us know. Once we decided on the car we wanted the entire sales experience was very pleasant. I didn't feel stressed and there was many laughs. I appreciated that. Our sales agent even went out of his way to feed us as we were there during lunch and hadn't eaten! I highly recommend this dealership. More
