The dealership personnel are always professional. I was greeted by a staff member upon arrival. I had no waiting. My advisor told me what to expect including wait time. I was driven home and returned to the dealership courtesy of BMW Henderson. I received a video of my vehicle’s engine, underside tires struts, everything from the tech. My car was cleaned up and vacuumed out when I picked it up. One last mention, my advisor, Albert took care of me by explaining in detail what was going to take place with my vehicle. Excellent job all around. More
