Mauricio was first, the best when it came to customer service! He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, informative, and best of all he was from BMW of Henderson. My experience is this, I drove up, a greeter service! He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, informative, and best of all he was from BMW of Henderson. My experience is this, I drove up, a greeter came to my car and directed me to wait for my service professional, I walked inside to a luxury waiting room where I sat on an air-conditioned room with a comfortable armchair, large television for entertainment, and other BMW owners that were just as pleasant. Then swiftly I was called by my service professional. His name is Mauricio, handsome, well-manicured, smelled great, absolutely great smile, and I am glad I received Mauricio as my service professional. From there he explained what was going to happen. I left and then same day I received his communication to let me know my BMW will be ready the following day. He immediately let me know what time my car was going to be ready. Asked if I wanted my car wash and I agreed. I went back to BMW of Henderson, asked the front desk for Mauricio, then met with him. Mauricio explained the repair, then explained some of the repairs I had to make. My tire was separating or split, I then told him, that I already have a tire shop, but he informed me that he can work with me on price if that is what is important. He would even price match my tires. He definitely seeded my thoughts next time I get my tires. I might just get them there just because he was an amazing service professional. From my personal experience of BMW of Henderson, it was an amazing experience, with an amazing service professional. They all deserve a 10 out of 5 Star for treating me like a BMW owner. More

Front driver side tire went bad due to hitting a curb at a slow speed. I called BMW of Henderson for service date and was told to bring the car into the shop.
