My experience this visit was much better than last year. I really felt like Jennifer took a lot of time explaining what I needed and at what intervals I needed to maintain my BMW X6. Be very careful if you are a female going to purchase or lease on your own. I was taken advantage of and promised a car I did not receive. The salesman lied to me about all the features it would have. When lease on your own. I was taken advantage of and promised a car I did not receive. When it came the order was completely wrong and he tried to make me believe it was my fault and not what he had promised and what I ordered. Then tried to pressure me into leaving him a 10/10 review. Even though I was a walk in, the dealership was more than happy to service my M3. They found that my drain plug was bad and needed a new one so they ordered it next day delivery. While there was a wait they happy to service my M3. They found that my drain plug was bad and needed a new one so they ordered it next day delivery. While there was a wait they also did my airbag recall for me. The one who helped me was very easy to work with and was very professional while still being fun and outgoing.
