Justin, the finance manager, was cordial until he found out I had my own financing and then he lost complete interest. Jonathan, the GM, will send you a nice intro email, but then will disappear if any issue comes up. Good luck getting a return phone call. My purchase took over 30 days and I had to email or call every step of the way to get done and find out what was happening. Every step! Their responses were curt and borderline sarcastic. Now my temp tag expired two days ago and I still don't have the title in hand to get plates. Overall, a horrendous experience for the purchase of a $70k vehicle! More
