I have lived in Hawaii for 30 years, and had 14 cars during this time. Some purchases were easy, some were not that easy, but I never had a nightmare experience I had with this dealership. It took a mon during this time. Some purchases were easy, some were not that easy, but I never had a nightmare experience I had with this dealership. It took a month to get the spare key and owner manual (that wasn't even for the car I bought!); three months (and five trips to the dealership!) to get the license plate, registration, and title. The latter two had a wrong address on them, and it took three tries for them to finally get them right. The sales representative I worked with behaved like she was doing me a favor by selling me a car. I eventually got tired of her excuses and ineffectiveness, so I contacted the General Manager of the dealership. He never responded any of my three e-mails. (He did not respond to the text my wife sent him either, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.) This is my third BMW, but it's safe to say I will never buy another car from BMW of Hawaii, and I will advise everybody I know not to do it either. More
