David was extremely helpful in working with me as I mistakenly went to the BMW Roswell location. He still pointed out several cars to look at drive but I still ended up with him at Gwinnett and the 328 mistakenly went to the BMW Roswell location. He still pointed out several cars to look at drive but I still ended up with him at Gwinnett and the 328i i purchased. Sabina was additionally helpful in finding me the most ecconomical financing package available to me. If it wasn't for the service and support both individuals showed, I would not have purchased my vehicle. I have been a very brand loyal customer (Honda) for both my wife and my vehicles over the past 20 years and becuase of David and Sabina's handling of my transaction, I could be a BMW'er for life. Thank you again. Regards, Mike Moyano More
This is a good and bad review. The BAD is Jim who is a "Service Advisor." I walked in back in May 2011 to have my brakes repaired on my CPO. When I asked for a loaner, Jim replied, 'we only give loaners t "Service Advisor." I walked in back in May 2011 to have my brakes repaired on my CPO. When I asked for a loaner, Jim replied, 'we only give loaners to cars that are under warranty.'(-He never greets you with a smile or asks how you are, etc.) I explained that my car was under warranty. He said, 'No, it expired 2 months ago.' (once again, expressionless) I believe that there are other ways to say things when you are letting a customer know that they no longer have a warranty. He basically said, "Too bad So Sad!" Didn't offer up a solution or say, "I apologize but unfortunately your warranty expired 2 months ago..maybe we can do this...." I'm NOT expecting them to pay for the brakes however after driving the Ultimate Driving Machine (s) for 15 years (4 BMWS) I would expect BETTER customer service. I know these guys' are 100% commission so they WILL rip you off! Ed Barnes (another service advisor I've had horrible experiences with) has the same customer no-service. RUDE! Now for the GOOD. When/IF you get your car serviced at Gwinnett location, Make sure to insist KEN THROWER (mechanic) takes care of you. I followed him from Nalley and he is the most honest mechanic you will ever find! 5 STARS for him! More
I recently purchase a preowned BMW from Gwinnett Suzuki. My salesperson at United BMW warned me beforehand and he was right. I lost quite a bit of money doing this, but I ended up trading the car that I just bought at the Suzuki dealer at United BMW. They gave me a great deal on a CERTIFIED BMW. I paid a little more than I would have at Suzuki but I have peace of mind now. They treated me GREAT, got me a great interest rate, a great price and a great trade value. It's nice to know that there are dealers out there that have ethics and take care of their customers. I love my BMW and I would certainly recommend United BMW of Gwinnett to others!? More
