I worked with Stephen for a few months while I was contemplating the purchase of a new BMW X3. He was very patient with me and I did not once feel pressured to buy a vehicle. We looked at a few mode contemplating the purchase of a new BMW X3. He was very patient with me and I did not once feel pressured to buy a vehicle. We looked at a few models and drove them and discussed the pros and cons of each and when I was ready to purchase, Stephen arranged for me to take delivery of my new X3 at the plant in SC where I was treated to an amazing 2 days of hands on instruction and a plant tour and actually saw my vehicle model being assembled. All in all an Amazing experience and I have become a loyal United BMW customer and will only purchase cars in the future from Stephen Matz at United BMW. More

Jonathan Lankford was great every step of the way. It was a no hassle experience and he went out of his way to get me the car and the price that I was looking for. Everyone that we encountered was so nice an a no hassle experience and he went out of his way to get me the car and the price that I was looking for. Everyone that we encountered was so nice and helpful. I felt like it was my decision and he did not pressure me to make a purchase even though I looked at numerous vehicles. They gave me top dollar for my trade-in and I felt comfortable that I had made a fair deal. Even after my purchase, Jonathan remained in contact with me to make sure that all of my questions were answered. I live in Charlotte, NC and I was looking to purchase a 2014 BMW X3, I decided to look outside of my areas because my local dealer had a small inventory and I could not find the car I was looking for withi 2014 BMW X3, I decided to look outside of my areas because my local dealer had a small inventory and I could not find the car I was looking for within the time frame I had in mind. I started to look outside of my area and I reached out to multiple dealers but Tolli stuck out the most because her approach made me feel comfortable, she was active in providing me with options, she was very diligent in addressing my concerns and questions, and she was proactive with the purchasing process, I was in and out and happy with the deal and overall experience. I would certainly recommend come back again and recommend this dealer to my family and friends. More
Mr. Long helped me , on a very Busy Saturday. everyone in the store was with someone and I'm not what someone would look at as BMW material. but Mr. long took the time to offer me a smile and a bottle of coo the store was with someone and I'm not what someone would look at as BMW material. but Mr. long took the time to offer me a smile and a bottle of cool water ( no charge). my sons car had over heated and we walked in just to look around until it cooled off enough to make some temporary repairs and get home. his car is a 1967 mustang . long story short we were in dirty jeans and t shirts bruised knuckles and facial smudges .I own a couple of Pizza Parlors in area. so customer service is a must in my world. Mr. Long is the kind of Human being who makes it simple a smile and a simple welcome to United BMW. I am not in the market for a new car. but my wife has always wanted a BMW 650 cabriolet . and Mr. long is who I will purchase it from. by the way the Mustang is a Shelby GT Super Snake. I am a middle aged female. I visited United BMW of Gwinnett on Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013. When I walked in the door the receptionist looked at me and didn't say a word. I was totally ignored as I walked Gwinnett on Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013. When I walked in the door the receptionist looked at me and didn't say a word. I was totally ignored as I walked around the showroom looking at cars for 15 minutes. No one offered me any assistance. None of the new car sales people made eye contact with me. As I was leaving, a young couple walked into the showroom. The receptionist immediately greeted them, and a female saleswoman rushed over to assist them. I walked next door to the used car department, where I was immediately greeted by pre-owned car salesman Ivan Reyes. He was very nice. He offered to walk with me to the new car lot. He was very helpful and informative. He was very knowledgeable about the new cars. They need him in the new car department. I run a very popular blog in Atlanta and I can afford to buy any car on the lot outright. But the new car sales staff treated me like I was invisible. When I buy a BMW, Ivan Reyes will get my business. I read other reviews elsewhere that said United BMW of Gwinnett's customer service was "unparalleled." That was not my experience. More
