Absolutely the friendliest group of professionals I have every had the experience working with while making a purchase on a late model BMW. Peter made sure we had a beverage and continually checked on us while we waited... the day after purchasing the car, I realized I forgot something in my trade-in vehicle... I contacted Peter, and within thirty minutes, I received a text message that he had taken the time to retrieve my belonging from the other car... A few days later, I received a telephone call from Peter as he wanted to ensure that I was enjoying the new car... He also offered to give me an additional tutorial to work the electronics... My salesman was Terrance Lanham and I must say we could not have had a better s what a great experience my husband and I had at United BMW Gwinnett. My salesman was Terrance Lanham and I must say we could not have had a better salesman take care of us. We already had a bad experience at another dealership the day before so we definitely had our guards up when we came here. Terrance won our trust after talking with him the first five minutes. I am a very sensitive person when it comes to people and when something doesn't feel right I leave. He helped us find the X3 that I wanted and was able to get the payments where we said they had to be, he was wonderful. Yes I would recommend and refer my friends and family to this dealership. My husband and I both buy a new car every three years or so. For the most part, it is never a positive experience. However, thanks to Peter, this experience was very different.
