Had a wonderful experience at United BMW. After being very disappointed with my visit to Nalley BMW, I submitted an online inquiry via Cars.com for a 328i. Bill Motsay called me back immediately. I was on the fence between buying and leasing, and Bill took his time explaining the new Ga. Tax laws and various incentives offered. We were probably on the phone for 15 minutes. Near the end of my call, I was so impressed with Bill that I said I am driving up right now. When I got there, Bill was with another client, so Chris Treadwell assisted me. I looked at the 320 first. During the test drive, Chris understood that I was an aggressive driver and showed me torque and horsepower displays. Great test drive. We went back and started building out cars in his office. I followed up with some lease vs. buy questions again and his answers matched Bill's answers. I told him I was going to go home and think about what exactly I wanted. No pressure, and he thanked me for coming in. That evening after research I decided to get the 328 GT X-Drive. Emailed Chris to get me some inventory options and he responded quickly. Came in the next morning before Chris was in and was helped by Bill. Took a test drive and was sold. Worked with Bill and John and did the deal right there. Very professional staff. I will definitely recommend United to any friends who are looking to get a new BMW. I will also be back in 3 years when my lease is up. More
I purchased a 2006 Honda Pilot from Peter Horcicka at United BMW of Gwinnett and the process couldn't have been smoother. I was looking for a higher mileage / cheaper SUV as a third car for my family and United BMW of Gwinnett and the process couldn't have been smoother. I was looking for a higher mileage / cheaper SUV as a third car for my family and this had lead me to some less-than-impressive used car lots. Even though you are surrounded by beautiful and expensive BMWs at United, I was not treated any different than if I had been buying a new vehicle for $70k. Peter was great - very personable, knowledgeable and got me a great deal! If I'm buying another new car in the future - BMW or not - I will most definitely contact United BMW. Great experience! More
I recently purchased a used x5 from the Matz brothers (all three were involved in my purchase) at United BMW of Gwinnett. My wife and I grew up enjoying manual transmissions because we love to feel at one with our cars as we drive. In today's US market these types of cars are becoming harder to find in the class and configuration we want. Peter, being from Europe understood our passion and would not rest until we found the perfect match. What we got was an absolutely perfect certified pre-owned BMW 328i XDrive Coupe with a 6 speed manual transmission. Not only did we get a car with all the features we originally wanted, we have extra piece of mind that this car is all wheel drive giving my wife greater controll in degraded weather conditions. Not only do I look forward to doing business with United BMW again, I hope to deal with Peter when I do. More

Peter Horcicka was a great salesman. I found a 2011 5 series via the internet and made a phone call to schedule an appt to come in and Peter answered all my questions. These guys are magic, they turned our third BMW into an Audi. We visited this dealership because our lease was coming due and getting a salesman's attention is near impossible. We finally got the attention of a West African guy who was hard to understand. Before he would show us anything, he wanted all of our info so he could enter it into his CRM so we could get annoying wake up calls every morning asking us if we were still looking for a car. After screwing around for an hour, we finally were able to look at a car... but he can't find the key. After screwing around for quite a while longer, turns out the car just got sold. On to car #2. It is sad that this guy had no product knowledge and absolutely no knowledge of his inventory. We liked it, went inside to talk money. Since this car was a model year old, I thought we would at least get a little price break on top of our USAA incentive. Apparently, after screwing around talking to his manager, they came back with full sticker price, an amazing deal! Instead of bickering, I just walked out, went next door to Gwinnett Audi, got great service, a great price from an awesome Sales Adviser who had been working there for a while, unlike Gwinnett BMW which has worse turnover than fast food. I was in and out of the Audi dealer in no time and left very happy. The next day, the SA from United BMW called, assuming that I was playing hardball. I don't play games. Getting a wake up call the next few days from a clueless telemarketer wanting to know if I still wanted a BMW was quite annoying, DO NOT give them any contact information. They are not that hard to find. More
This is my 3rd BMW from United BMW of Gwinnett. I had bought my last car from Ryan Chromek in 2009 and it left such a lasting impression that he was the first one I thought of when we looked to try and trade in the SL550 for an M6 Convertible. I knew from the start it was going to be a really tough and nearly impossible situation to make happen, but after nearly a month of going back and forth with lots of phone calls, text messages and emails, we finally picked up the M6 Convertible last night 02/05/14 at 5:30. Ryan has since been promoted to New Car Sales Manager since my last purchase with him. Even with this being the case, he was generally my first point of contact, he never once lost his patience with me, even after a month of back and forth ( I am in sales myself, so I am my own worst enemy). he was always pleasant, kind and above all professional. Bobby Smith handled the actual sale part of things and he was great, he has been there for many years and knows his product line inside and out and is extremely knowledgeable about all things BMW. he made the actual delivery quick, easy and pleasant, just the way it should be. I was already familiar with M-drive, but there are a few new things I had to learn. I have owned over 63 cars, 24 of which are BMW's so to say I am a fan would certainly be an understatement. When we did the paperwork, we dealt with Sabina, the Finance Manager, Rob and Sabina easily struck up a conversation and found out they had things in common and nearly forgot about the paperwork at hand, it was such a pleasant experience! United BMW of Gwinnett will be my definite go to dealership going forward for any BMW purchases. I cannot express my gratitude enough for Ryan's patience during this lengthy process.
