I had the very best experience ever at United BMW of Gwinnett, and I would like to thank Ivan Reyes for making that experience possible. I had been to another dealership prior to coming to United BMW o Gwinnett, and I would like to thank Ivan Reyes for making that experience possible. I had been to another dealership prior to coming to United BMW of Gwinnett and they were unable to earn my trust and make me feel that I was getting a great deal. I have dreamed of getting a BMW every since I learned to drive so I was very discouraged when my first experience at another BMW dealership ended up being disappointing. I almost decided to put off getting my dream car, but then I looked at some of the car inventory online at United BMW Gwinnett. This was going to be my dream car, so I had to have everything exactly how I wanted it and was not willing to compromise. After seeing a 2011 BMW that appealed to me, I held my breath and gave United a call. I was greeted very courteously by the attendee, who transferred me to Mr. Reyes. From the second I talked to Mr. Reyes and explained my previous situation, he was very compassionate and made me believe, just from the tone of his voice alone, that he was going to do everything he could to get me my dream car. I gave him the information on the car I had looked at online and then gave him my non-negotiable list (the car had to be Alpine white, venetian beige interior, 528i, all the right upgrades even down to the illuminating key entry). He told me that not only could United meet my demands, but that they had something even better than what I had seen online and that he would have it pulled up front waiting for me. When I arrived, Ivan and the staff continued with the same great customer service and hospitality that I had witnessed over the phone. Sure enough, the car that was waiting for me superseded my expectations. The car that I originally looked at was a 2011 528i with 34,000 miles. The car that I left in was a 2012 Alpine white 528i with 12,000 miles and all the right trimmings. Thank you so much Ivan Reyes and BMW of Gwinnett for making my car dream come true!! It's been almost a month now & Ivan still continues to make sure I am happy with my purchase by sending periodic emails to let me know if there is anything I need to give them a call. This has truly been an A++ Customer Service experience for me and I will be referring all of my co-workers, family, and friends. More

My experence with Peter was awesome, came on a sunday, saw a few cars, and then came back on Monday and we test drove 3 cars. I went with my wife and Peter was very patient with both our questions and desire to explore several cars before making a purchase decision. We went to the dealership multiple times before making a decision and throughout the process Peter was helping and patient and never tried to hard sell or pressurize us. These traits were the key for winning our confidence in him and making us decide to purchase from United BMW. I had very specific requirements in what I was looking for in my BMW and I was also looking at cars at another BMW dealer. I was amazed by how far apart Peter and the salesman at the other dealer were. He was very quickly able to find me the BMW with the package and the color I was looking for. I have to admit, my purchase from this dealer has to be credited in large part to Peter. The other guy was rude, indifferent and in a wrong job, really. When Peter says "I am on your side" he means it and he proves it. Another example of his empathy and customer focus - he was off work on the day I took the delivery of my car. He called me beforehand to set up a time for delivery, organized everything to go smoothly and came in person to the dealership just to hand me the keys and to ensure I am taken care of. Our experience at United BMW with Peter was top notch. Peter was very professional in his approach to helping us and did not use a high pressure sales approach. We went up there to look at a few cars that they have in stock and one of the ones we liked sold on our way there. Luckily they have such a variety that we found another one we liked and Stephen went out o stock and one of the ones we liked sold on our way there. They even offered to deliver it out of town to us if they couldn't have it for us that day. Top notch service from our first experience! I'd buy a car from them again without a doubt and like how Stephen was informational yet not pushy about us making a decision that day like so many other car sales people are. It was a nice change. The dealer has many great resources on site and a huge inventory. Their service and sales ratings speak for themselves and are well deserved! Although they were very busy to day we were there looking at cars we still felt like they valued our business and ahead of our visit Stephen was very easy to get feedback from regarding details. I wish we lived closer to United BMW of Gwinnett all the time so they could be our 'home' dealership for all servicing needs. Unfortunately they aren't extremely close so we have to take our cars to another dealer, which isn't quite as on top of things. Stephen knows his stuff or at least is very willing to ask a tech for more information if he doesn't know the answer. To me that makes a big difference. It seems like most other service and sales people just give you a line of BS or don't offer to ask an expert about it for the real answer. Little things like that make a difference to me since I want someone that actually knows about a car to sell one to me if I can help it... and boy can I tell. More
