Peter was so polite and very knowledgeable of the BMW product we purchased. We were overwhelmed at how efficient all the items fell into place and we were there for a very short time. Let me start by saying I am in my mid-thirties, and have been through the car buying process several times. Early Saturday morning, I called Peter Horcicka, never having any contact with him in the past. He listened to my requests, needs, and wants for my new X3. Within 10 minutes, I had completed the credit application and was on the phone with the finance manager finalizing the deal. Upon arrival at the dealership an hour later, my new X3 had already been detailed. After an explanation of some of the X3 features, I was taken to finance to sign paperwork that had already been completed, and just needed a signature. All in total, the total buying time was less than 2 hours. It could have been even less time, but I was too busy enjoying the conversations with Peter and Lee who is the finance manager. In conclusion, I would highly recommend United BMW and Peter Horcicka, specifically, for an excellent buying experience. He is a professional that has true, practical product knowledge. I choose BMW of Gwinnett due to their extensive new, used and Certified Pre-owned inventory. I was ready to buy and wanted to find the right dar and drive it home! My salesperson was Peter Horcicka. I had a lot of questions and he knew the answers. I made an appointment in advance and he was ready for me when I arrived. This is a busy place and I am sure you can walk in and get help but I'd recommend making an appointment even if you call justs a few hours in advance. I had Peter walk me through all the CPO X-5's and answer a lot of questions. We drive two cars and I settled on a well-equipped 2013 with just over 7000 miles. Peter jumped all the necessary hoops to get me through the paperwork process and out the door. They even gave me a fair value for my trade. Unless you know exactly what you want and have seen it on-line, allow yourself a good bit of time to choose the right car. Had a wonderful experience at United BMW. After being very disappointed with my visit to Nalley BMW, I submitted an online inquiry via Cars.com for a 328i. Bill Motsay called me back immediately. I was o very disappointed with my visit to Nalley BMW, I submitted an online inquiry via Cars.com for a 328i. Bill Motsay called me back immediately. I was on the fence between buying and leasing, and Bill took his time explaining the new Ga. Tax laws and various incentives offered. We were probably on the phone for 15 minutes. Near the end of my call, I was so impressed with Bill that I said I am driving up right now. When I got there, Bill was with another client, so Chris Treadwell assisted me. I looked at the 320 first. During the test drive, Chris understood that I was an aggressive driver and showed me torque and horsepower displays. Great test drive. We went back and started building out cars in his office. I followed up with some lease vs. buy questions again and his answers matched Bill's answers. I told him I was going to go home and think about what exactly I wanted. No pressure, and he thanked me for coming in. That evening after research I decided to get the 328 GT X-Drive. Emailed Chris to get me some inventory options and he responded quickly. Came in the next morning before Chris was in and was helped by Bill. Took a test drive and was sold. Worked with Bill and John and did the deal right there. Very professional staff. I will definitely recommend United to any friends who are looking to get a new BMW. I will also be back in 3 years when my lease is up. More

I was looking for a higher mileage / cheaper SUV as a third car for my family and this had lead me to some less-than-impressive used car lots. Even though you are surrounded by beautiful and expensive BMWs at United, I was not treated any different than if I had been buying a new vehicle for $70k. Peter was great - very personable, knowledgeable and got me a great deal! If I'm buying another new car in the future - BMW or not - I will most definitely contact United BMW. Great experience! More
