The satellite radio was working and before BMW could not get the computer to register so they called in a specialist who rigged the satellite radio so the computer could work again. Now the vehicle is dropping significantly lower in the back and it is related to the satellite radio they claim is not working and want us to pay $300 for their mistake. This is ridiculous, they are responsible for fixing their mistake and not at the customer expense. More

As I manage sales people in a different field I always pay close attention to sales people I interact with. Peter Horcicka met me as I walked in and couldn't be friendlier. He did a great job of asking me questions to determine what it was I was looking for in a car. He didn't try and steer me beyond my budget, offered me all the options and gave his thoughts/recommendations based on his knowledge of the cars I was reviewing. He made it very simple and if I didn't like the options it was clear he wasn't going to try and force a square peg down a round hole. United BMW has a massive selection, so finding lots of options was easy. Picking the right one was even easier having Peter there to guide me. Very impressed with him and very happy with my car buying experience. Peter is the real deal, and someone you can trust. I'll be buying all future cars from him. More

I texted Peter my issue of having assumed negative equity in my current leased Honda Pilot based on my numbers at 9pm on a Thursday night. At 9:02pm he responded. Told me not to worry, he dealt with these issues all the time and he could make it work for me. He was right. The next evening we looked at all the used SUV's on the lot that fit our needs/budget and slowly whittled it down to the SUV that was perfect for us. It was almost too easy my wife said. In the end we were the only people still there as the lot was closed, but Peter stayed there until I left late on Friday Night with our new GMC Yukon. I've given Peter my business twice and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car. He gets it....plain and simple. More

They have a large selection of models and colors (not just silver, black and white) and we scheduled our test drive with Kalesa on very short notice. She very easy to deal with. Driving from Florida and getting into a storm made us 2 hours late, however Kalesa was ready as soon as we arrived and was very friendly and helpful. I liked that she was not pushy or impatient but gave us plenty of time and guidance to decide which car would fit our needs. She was there every step of the way and also helped us with transporting the car back to Florida. She always answers her phone and texts when I have a question or need something and I would definitely buy from United BMW again and would recommend Kalesa to anyone looking for a BMW. We love our new car : ) The Finance Manager Sabina was also very friendly and efficient. The financing part of the car purchase (that I usually do not look forward to) went very smooth. The interest rates were reasonable and because the BMW was CPO, there were even better financing options for us. More
