Another Great Experience at United BMW It was time to get a new SUV for the family and having bought my last car from Peter Horcicka at United BMW, I knew where my first and hopefully last It was time to get a new SUV for the family and having bought my last car from Peter Horcicka at United BMW, I knew where my first and hopefully last stop would be. I texted Peter my issue of having assumed negative equity in my current leased Honda Pilot based on my numbers at 9pm on a Thursday night. At 9:02pm he responded. Told me not to worry, he dealt with these issues all the time and he could make it work for me. He was right. The next evening we looked at all the used SUV's on the lot that fit our needs/budget and slowly whittled it down to the SUV that was perfect for us. It was almost too easy my wife said. In the end we were the only people still there as the lot was closed, but Peter stayed there until I left late on Friday Night with our new GMC Yukon. I've given Peter my business twice and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car. He gets it....plain and simple. More

They have a large selection of models and colors (not just silver, black and white) and we scheduled our test drive with Kalesa on very short notice. She very easy to deal with. Driving from Florida and getting into a storm made us 2 hours late, however Kalesa was ready as soon as we arrived and was very friendly and helpful. I liked that she was not pushy or impatient but gave us plenty of time and guidance to decide which car would fit our needs. She was there every step of the way and also helped us with transporting the car back to Florida. She always answers her phone and texts when I have a question or need something and I would definitely buy from United BMW again and would recommend Kalesa to anyone looking for a BMW. We love our new car : ) The Finance Manager Sabina was also very friendly and efficient. The financing part of the car purchase (that I usually do not look forward to) went very smooth. The interest rates were reasonable and because the BMW was CPO, there were even better financing options for us. More

Worse service department in greater atlanta area. Cannot believe the 5 star crap. The BMW is a great car! I own both a 5 series (2012) and a 3 series 2013. The service at BMW is the pits. I recently took my 5 series for the 12k mile check up, the power outlet didn't work. It took two trips to the dealer to get it fixed. Then there was a recall for a computer update. The update blew out the TPM module, and now I am driving around with the warning light on all the time. BMW says it will be mid June before it's fixed. I would have been better off with a Ford - at least they would have fixed such a problem. The BMW is a great car until it has a problem. Then you are on your own, because United BMW Gwinnett is not going to fix it. More
