Great Experience I wandered into to test drive the X5 (diesel) to replace my 2001 X5. I was looking to purchase a 2014 demo or used model, but - after test driving th I wandered into to test drive the X5 (diesel) to replace my 2001 X5. I was looking to purchase a 2014 demo or used model, but - after test driving the 2015, talking to Brandon and shopping around at another dealership - I ended up negotiating with Brandon and buying a brand new model from United BMW. I thought both Brandon Matsumodo and John Furlow did a wonderful job during the sales process (answering questions, demonstrations, negotiations, test drives, etc.) And, even though there some hiccups during the process (initial vehicle damaged during detail on day of pickup, computer crashed during financing, issues with tint on front windows), I was always treated with kindness, shown concern for my time and schedule and all of the issues were resolved to my complete satisfaction. I high recommend this dealership and both Brandon and John. Sabina, in finance, was very friendly as well. Even when I was looking for a 2014, I appreciated David Matz and his team trying to locate a vehicle with the options I wanted (even if there were none available). More
