Amazing Customer Service! I was looking for a vehicle and had narrowed down my search between 2 other BMW dealerships. I was ready to make a decision and decided to drop into I was looking for a vehicle and had narrowed down my search between 2 other BMW dealerships. I was ready to make a decision and decided to drop into United just to make sure I explored all the available options. From the moment I stepped on to the lot, I was greeted by a sales person who listened to what I was looking for a patiently spent the rest of the day showing me multiple options. I left that evening with a car from United that I had only seen that day because of this great customer service. The sales person at the 1st dealership I went to was really nice and worked with me as well, but I felt I was having to find the cars to bring to him, while the other sales person at the 2nd dealership was not very attentive, did not follow up in a timely manner, and almost gave me the impression he was doing me a favor by selling me a car. Ultimately, I made the decision to go with United (the 3rd dealership) and I ended up going with a car that was within the price range I had quoted and had more features that I was looking for. I am very happy with my selection! More

Terrence Lanham worked very hard to make sure my father was happy with his purchase and made sure he was treated well. The service was the best I have ever seen at a car dealership. Terrence was not forcing a car sale but aiding in a car purchase. Once he went to get the car prepped, the quality service continued when Jeff Hoskins worked with us in finance. There still remained no pressure and it was very easy for my dad to work with Jeff to make himself happy. Even though we had been there an hour and a half after closing, the service never lessened. This is the best dealership experience I have ever seen and I would recommend them 100%. More
