The worst Evert This is the WORST BMW dealership I have ever had the displeasure to visit. I leased a BMW in Orlando, FL and the experience was fantastic. They treate This is the WORST BMW dealership I have ever had the displeasure to visit. I leased a BMW in Orlando, FL and the experience was fantastic. They treated me with respect and kindness answering any question I had, so I got a car for two years. I moved to Atlanta and the two year went by and I needed to return my lease to this place. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!! After the inspection they told me that I needed a rear tire replaced. I took my car to the service department only to find a service lady that did not want to look at the inspection paper and proceeded to tell I needed a front tire replaced. She is was the service department expert I agreed. I paid $216 to find out later by the rudest, most unpleasant lease rep Mr. Bobby Smith that I needed to buy another tire for the rear. When I told him NO. They agreed to fix the mistake they made in the first place. Don't think that is the end of the pain. They made me wait there in the lobby for a long time. Mr. Bobby went back to his office, ignoring my time and money and let me sit there. I finally went to his office to find him on the phone completely disregarding my presence. He finally gave me the papers to sign and acted as if he was doing me a great favor to let me go. My two years of being a great customer and paying a high price for a lease, meant nothing to him since he did not even say THANKS to me. I will never buy/lease a car from this dealership. More
