They flat out lied to me about the vehicle advised everything passed on their service report. The car is a Masarati so I had them take it to Masarati dealer to confirm. They didnt give me the report but confirmed all passed and was fine. I trusted Sukus he seemed on the up and up I barely drove the car 4K miles brake light came on so I took it to that same masarati dealer come to find out the brakes were worn to the rotors when I purchased, rotted belt, BMW being cheap attempted to complete the oil/fluid portion of the Masarati 4th service but did it incorrectly overflowing the fluids. Masarati advised them of this back when I purchased but they said nothing. I have the reports. The 4th service was due then ($2k) They never told me this. They sold me a car knowing brakes and rotors were worn. Bad tires and They overflowed fluids and did not complete maintenance as they said. Had they told me this Inwould have just purchased another car. Who buys a $40k car with 7K in work needing done? They lied about it. All around shady. I went in with my own financing and they still ran my credit without my permission resulting in a hard hit from CREDCO on my credit. Next stop for me BBB, State consumer protection, federal trade commission and an attorney. More

Car was brought in because a warning sign regarding the tire pressure monitor was popping up on the screen. At pick up, $790 was paid. Upon driving the car home, the warning sign was still popping up. Tu tire pressure monitor was popping up on the screen. At pick up, $790 was paid. Upon driving the car home, the warning sign was still popping up. Turns out that general maintenance was performed instead of resolving the tire pressure monitor issue. The service advisor had said that “service” needed to be performed on the car and we agreed thinking she was referring to service for the tire pressure monitor. The estimate for the tire pressure monitor was provided a week after the car was at the service center—this should have been provided Day 1 as that was the reason why the car was brought into service. BMW service managers will not acknowledge their misunderstanding of the issue and will not return phone calls. We are out $790 and the tire pressure monitor issue has not been fixed. More

We were promptly Great car buying experience! We arrived to the dealership last weekend to casually stroll and look around for a 3 series for our son. We were promptly greeted by Conrad. Being new to the BMW brand, Conrad was very patient and allowed us to ask all of the questions without ever feeling pressured. We ended up test driving a car that my son pegged as his “dream car”. Fast forward a few days and we are now the proud owners of the car and we were able to give our son the surprise of a lifetime :) Conrad was very patient and understanding of mine and my husbands work schedules which delayed us signing the papers for a few days. We also did 100% of the negotiations via phone calls and text messages. Conrad’s communication was always great and made us feel like his only customer despite him being very busy with other appointments. We worked with Adrian Avila in the finance office and he was phenomenal as well. We were extremely pleased with the financing options he gave us and feel that we really got the best deal! Overall a wonderful car buying experience! We will definitely be returning here for our future car purchases. Job well done! More

Unhappy customer I had a terrible experience with the service department regarding a loaner vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle and leaving with my car from service ab I had a terrible experience with the service department regarding a loaner vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle and leaving with my car from service about an hour later I receive a call that they found a nail in the tire and that I must pay for it. I refused to do so because that’s just ridiculous. How do I know if the nail wasn’t already in the tire. More

I live in Young Harris and it takes 2 hours to get there. I arrived at 10:27am and was greeted and escorted into the service waiting room. The lady at the cashiers counter said my service writer was busy with another customer and would be with me asap. At 10:50, I asked what was the delay and she told me Rudy had a mandatory meeting and was behind in his customer service . I said to her, "meetings are more important than customers" and she had no reply. At 11:10am ,I once again asked what was happening and she said I will get another service writer to handle you asap. At 11:25am another service writer took my keys and I guess the service on my car started. At 12:45 the car was finished and I left the dealership. During my waiting period I observed many obvious personal conversations with staff and wondered if they had any idea what perception they had on waiting customers. I love my BMW, but now I have serious doubts about another purchase and will probably consider another brand that has a dealership closer to my home. Bill Borowski More

BMW saleswoman Cameo Rollins I recently bought a vehicle from BMW Gwinnett and my saleswoman was Cameo Rollins. She was great! Very courteous and knowledgeable. We worked together I recently bought a vehicle from BMW Gwinnett and my saleswoman was Cameo Rollins. She was great! Very courteous and knowledgeable. We worked together for 3 months to fine me the perfect BMW and price. Cameo got me the best deal with $5000 in rebates/discounts. She was available at all times of the day and even gave me her personal cell phone for when I had questions. If you're looking for a vehicle, please contact her! More
