We worked with Tollie and Patrick at Global Gwinnett. Her and the team worked very hard to close the deal on a 7series for my husband and family. I felt like the car was a good deal and they offered us a mor and the team worked very hard to close the deal on a 7series for my husband and family. I felt like the car was a good deal and they offered us a more than fair deal for our trade. When we brought the car home I became intimidated by the shear size of the vehicle and navigating the car through Atlanta and it’s parking decks so forth. It was a difficult decision but we decided to return the vehicle and are looking at a 5series instead. The team at Global could not have been more understanding and kind. We have never returned a car, ever. We felt very embarrassed by our decisions making skills. Tollie and team were great about it. I can’t tell you how much this means to me as a customer. I believe this group truly cares about their customers and wants them to be happy with their experience at the dealership and the vehicle. Thank you again! More
