I have been searching for a car for months. This was by far the most caring dealership that I have been to. Excellent customer service from my salesman Joshua. Made me feel that I mattered. I will preface this review with acknowledging we are in difficult times and out of state purchases are a bit more difficult but here is my experience. Good: They had the exact car I was looking for on the difficult times and out of state purchases are a bit more difficult but here is my experience. Good: They had the exact car I was looking for on the lot which was fantastic and given I could not find another within 1000 miles I called them immediately. The initial sales process was great, very quick communication and gave me a good price on both the new vehicle and my trade. Additionally, once the price was agreed on the initial communication with finance was quick and easy. Then it all fell apart. Bad: Initial salesperson (Joshua) basically stopped working me me. I sent several texts asking questions about next steps (shipping/registration) that went unanswered. I also called a sales manager who helped initially but then also stopped working with me. Communication on shipping was very bad. I took me to call the dealership only to find out the car was on the truck 2 hours away. A great problem to have but did cause me to rearrange my work schedule to accommodate delivery. Worse was the fact that I took delivery of the car and the dealership had not sent any paperwork at all to me including the entire sales package and temporary tag. Again, it took a phone call from me to the GM of the dealership to have them overnight me the paperwork. She was very helpful and apologetic but she shouldn't have had to get involved in the first place. Fast forward 27 days later and I had to make yet another call to ask the dealership to send the registration information to my state's dmv in order to properly register the vehicle. They overnighted that to me however it leaves me only 48 hours to get the car registered prior to the temp tag expiring. All in all I gave them 2 stars simply due to the post sale service being very bad. I know, first world problems but I expect more when making a significant purchase. More
