From the beginning, walking through the doors and greeted by Emmitt through getting through financing with Jin, the experience has been great. I am unsure how to convey this enough, these two got everything taken care of. The pickup experience was excellent as well, we were in and out within 2 hours, because I kept asking more questions. My salesman, Andrew Natili is one of a kind. He made the experience so pleasant that I completely abandoned Porsche and bought TWO new BMW’s from BMW of Gwinnett (23 X5 for my wife and 23 M3 Co He made the experience so pleasant that I completely abandoned Porsche and bought TWO new BMW’s from BMW of Gwinnett (23 X5 for my wife and 23 M3 Comp for me). They say that car sales people aren’t your friends and they never have your interest in mind. This couldn’t be farther from the truth with Andrew. Absolutely no pressure and no BS from him. It is no surprise that Andrew is one of the most successful sales folks here as he is truly driven by what drives you to visit the dealership. When you are happy, he is happy and knows that you’ll be back to see him if you don’t buy today. He is truly first class and I find myself dropping in for absolutely no reason just to say HI and check on him and his family (as well as to inquire about interesting trades they’ve taken in). There is another person that is fantastic at the dealership and that’s Jin Chong in finance. Again, first class and always available to answer questions regarding the purchase and making the transaction super easy. I consider both of these gentlemen new friends and look forward to seeing them both as I visit while in the area to catch up, looking for accessories, or while I’m in for scheduled service.
