Within three days, I drove out with a great car and deal. I attribute my successful transaction much to the efforts of Alfred La Fata (client advisor) and Demetrios Koulourus (sales manager). They were exemplary! The whole process from start to finish ran as smoothly as the fine-tuned BMWs (my 5th one). Thanks to all staff whom I encountered in the process. More
Set and met my expectations. Delivered what he promised Artie put me at ease when I brought in my BMW X5 with a check engine light. This is the second time I have serviced with Artie and the 5th time I have used this service center. I have not been disappointed yet. I would highly recommend Artie. More
two rude people to avoid Marc Cannistraci and Chris Smith have ruined my experience at this dealership. They are both rude, inattentive, have zero business etiquette, and lack any enthusiasm. They never promptly follow up or keep you informed. Marc especially has such a bad business persona. He promises you to do things, but he never delivers. So, you simply lose trust in this guy who is supposed to handle the paper work for you when you buy the car. He spent the whole time telling me useless stories instead of explaining the paper work. Good luck getting from this guy any post-purchase customer support. He has a unique ability of making you feel absolutely dissatisfied with your customer experience. There are some good guys there such as Zachary Jackson, Justin Valentin and someone called George. But, all you need are two bad people to ruin your customer experience. More

I went to the dealership to view a particular CPO vehicle but ended up leasing a new one of the same series such was the pricepoint - with no haggling involved. Tom Forte was excellent to deal with - warm, welcoming and organized as a client advisor, with no pressure exerted whatsoever in the sales process. In the three days it took to finalize the transaction, Tom responded to my emails promptly and succinctly. When delivery occurred, there were no surprises with the Finance Manager, Marc Cannistraci, taking good care of me. To top off the experience, Jeff Aitken, the General Sales Manager, presented my five year old son with a gift from BMW which totally made his day. Well done BMW of Greenwich, you made the experience special! More

When we came back to Michael after two weeks this car was sold, but Michael could find a beautiful again car for my wife. A Wrenching Experience My experience with BMW of Greenwich was riddled with carelessness from start to finish. Misdiagnosing issues, damaging the body of my car, returning m My experience with BMW of Greenwich was riddled with carelessness from start to finish. Misdiagnosing issues, damaging the body of my car, returning my car with a tail light out and dashboard error light, leaving grease stains on the leather seats, loaning me a car with $1,200 in unpaid parking tickets, and mismanaging expectations all the while. All toll, my car was returned to me 3 times and each time I had to take it back in to fix problems the service center had created. I've had BMW's in our family for as long as I can remember, and have had many experiences good and bad with service centers. My experience at BMW of Greenwich was hands down the worst by a wide margin, and does not represent a small fraction of what BMW owners have come to expect from the brand. If you are looking for peace of mind when you drop off your car, this is not the place you'll find it. Consider BMW of Watertown, North Haven, Bridgeport or even Manhattan. For me, driving a little extra distance for the peace of mind is worth it. Sadly, I've learned this the hard way. More
