Norbert Kerekes is very knowledgable about BMWs and has been extremely helpful as a client advisor. He has always stayed in touch about the service and called promptly when our car was ready. He is courteous and professional and I have confidence that he'll see that all work is done thoroughly and completely . When the inevitable problems have arisen during servicing, Norbert has explained the issues in a timely manner and has handled them to a satisfactory conclusion - this is a true indication of his concern for the customer and his capability. I have recommended several friends with BMWs to him. More

A man came over to greet me after expressing to another service attendent who I was, this man who came to greet me was Mr. Fabian Bonici. After we spoke for a short period of time he not only gained my respect, he made me more confident that BMW was and is the automobile that I should stay with and Pace BMW was the dealer to be with. My hat off to Mr. Bonici, I not only had lost faith in Westchester BMW, I lost respect because of there arrogance and ill mannered ways, Mr.Bonici has restored my faith and made me and my entire family a customer of PACE BMW. What a great dealer. My service writer (Bernadette Capra) was awesome. She was very detailed in explaining what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done to fix it. She made me feel very comfortable to be there. The technician (Frank Fata) was also very helpful. He took the time to show me some features on my car that I didn't even know I had. My most recent visit required a standard oil change and fixing a slight problem with my radio. My service adviser, Fabian, truly went the extra mile to try and understand the problem before I left in case they could not duplicate the error. When in fact they could duplicate the error, Fabian worked quickly with the staff to have the problem remedied. He provided great follow-up communications, and the car was like new when I received it. A courtesy car wash is always nice, and I can feel good in knowing that the next time my car needs service, I have a dependable dealership and top notch service adviser to go back to. More
My 2006 530xit had a break down in South-Western Virginia, BMW Roadside assistance was called as I was covered. Tow truck brought my family and my car to BMW of Charlottesville and then arranged fo Virginia, BMW Roadside assistance was called as I was covered. Tow truck brought my family and my car to BMW of Charlottesville and then arranged for a rental car back to New York for us. Once the car was ready to be 'reunited' with me, BMW Roadside completely dropped the ball. BMW Roadside said that they would not speak with me directly and only with the dealership currently in pocession of the car. BMW of Charlottesville had never 'reunited' a car with its owner before, and told me that BMW Roadside said I lived too far away to be reunited, and said there was nothing they could do either. I offered to pay the difference, but no one would quote me a price to transfer my car. I then called BMW of NA who were completely useless and told me that BMW Roadside Assistance was a third party program and therefore they are not responsible and have no authority. I told them that is complete xx, as most of the parts in their cars are made by third parties (excluding the inline 6) and yet they still call it a BMW. My simple ask was to suggest to me a solution to be reunited with my car. I offered to meet the car at a BMW dealer halfway (less than 250 miles, to which I was told that the car cannot be transferred to another dealer and that it had to be received by me personally. When pressed they had no suggestions aside from "perhaps you can choose a McDonald's on a highway within 250 miles of Charlottesville Virginia to wait for the car." Are they out of their minds? In final desperation I called my local BMW dealer (BMW of Greenwich) and asked to speak with my service advisor Norbert Kerekes. I told Norbert about the runaround I was getting, and asked if he had any suggestions. Rather than simply rattling off a couple of ideas, Norbert took this opportunity to own the situation, and said "Let me talk to my manager and see if we can't help get your car back to you." This was yesterday at 4pm. This morning I had a message from Norbert that my car was in BMW of Greenwich's pocession and that a mechanic was looking over the car one more time before releasing it to me. I was amazed and overwhelmed with joy and relief that with one call to Norbert and the entire service team at BMW of Greenwich, that our issue was mittigated. I can honestly say that Norbert's actions have moved us so, we will be buying my wife's next car in the next 3 months from BMW of Greenwich. More
I had previously purchased a BMW from this dealership and had a good experience. So naturally I went back to this same dealership to buy another BMW. I think this had to do a lot with my salesperson, Mr. Frank Omidi. He was patient with me as I wasn't sure exactly which SUV to buy. He allowed me to test drive both models so that I would be comfortable in making the right purchase. The price of the car was fair as I had done my research in comparing prices with other dealerships. After the purchase, Frank gave me some all weather mats for the car which was a nice gift. The car was fully loaded, and I had trouble understanding some of the more "technical" gadgets. He was more than happy to spend some time explaining and showing how all these things work. In addition, I received a phone call or two to make sure all was in working order. I'm extremely happy with my salesperson and this dealership in Greenwich. I highly recommend Frank to anyone who is interested in a BMW purchase. More
Frank is an excellent person to deal with in all aspects of life. He took the time to find out what was important to my wife and I and then took us through the process clearly and quickly. Terrible sales and service namely, Thomas Forget and the supposed manager Peter Provost. I've come to expect very little from there service. Port chester service center is also subpar. My suggestion would be New Country Porsche or Audi up the street - thats where I will be going very soon. Not very impressed by the BMW Brand. I expected more when purchasing a 75k+ car. More
