I went to BMW of Greenwich to lease a 2013 335xi and worked with Tom Forte. The overall experience was excellent! Tom is great to work with. He is extremely passionate about these cars and knows them inside and out which made the whole experience enjoyable. We were able to negotiate a lease deal I am very happy with. The whole process took only an hour or two which, in my experience, is unheard of! Just a day or two later, as promised, I received my production number and delivery schedule. Now, I hurry up and wait for the car to arrive. I highly recommend to anyone in the market for a great car to work with Tom Forte. He will definitely go the extra mile to make a deal that you will be happy with. More importantly, he will not hound or harras you and will give you all of the time you need to sit back, relax, and pick the best deal. Working with Tom, you will be treated with the utmost respect. Additionally he will be very frank and open with you in laying out and helping you understand all of the deal options available to you (financing vs leasing - 24 months vs 36 months etc...) total costs..etc. Rest assured there will be no games played or sneaky business working with Tom! In today's fast paced non stop sales environment, Tom's decades of experience shine through in his laid back style which is indeed refreshing! More

Although this is my first BMW,I've purchased many cars & dealt with many more Sales Reps,but NEVER did I enjoy the "buying experience" as I did in working with Bobby Kaufman.Not only did he know his produ & dealt with many more Sales Reps,but NEVER did I enjoy the "buying experience" as I did in working with Bobby Kaufman.Not only did he know his product well,(not all do),but he was extremely courteous,respectful and made excellent suggestions on "tweaking" my option selections...Of course I did my "Pricing Homework" & visited other dealers,prior to visiting Greenwich BMW,so I knew what a "Fair/Reasonable" price was,& which I was willing to pay. WITHOUT any unecessary haggling & the "need to check with my Salesmanager",Bobby & I alone reached agreement in a very few minutes...My X3 was custom ordered & delivered in less than 4 weeks,as promised...If you're considering purchasing a BMW,I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOBBY KAUFMAN."He's the man" !!! PS:The 2013 X3 is a beautiful car.We love it! More

After choosing to try BMW of Greenwich to purchase a pre-owned car, I would definitely NOT recommend dealing with this VERY unpleasant sales manager. We met with Alex, who was wonderful to work with, ho pre-owned car, I would definitely NOT recommend dealing with this VERY unpleasant sales manager. We met with Alex, who was wonderful to work with, however, after discussing pricing, he then passed us along to Lauren, the pre-owned manager. When meeting with her, our experience went totally sour. Not only was she rude to us as customers, but the way she spoke to employees working there was extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I were shocked that she would even be considered a "manager". Other than her unprofessional manner, the inventory she had recommended Alex showing us was disgusting. The cars were dirty, smelly, and we could not believe that a "sales manager" had the audacity to recommend cars that had water damage and cups/water bottles left from the previous owners. With the disappointing experience we had at such a high standard location, we would absolutely not recommend buying pre-owned vehicles at this BMW dealership, but most importantly, NOT dealing with Lauren. don't believe all the other reviews - they seem fake - common 5 across the board!!! I've purchased a BMW 5 series from these jokers and the sales experience and service have been nothing but underwhelmin common 5 across the board!!!
